its been 2 YEARS since 1st watching then applying this (Pamela Peeke) and now I NO LONGER HAVE HEART PROBLEMS OR PAINFUL CYSTS! I also heavily used "Hooked Hacked Hijacked" & "You Are What Your Grandparents Ate" (TED talks) I am finally free from the painful heart disease & chest pain that left me in tears when it was bad, and my cyst (6 years recurring) that was very painful & debilitating is totally gone; has been for over a year now. The scar tissue is slowly fading & the area feels normal now. If i let too much bad things in my diet for too long i will feel twinges of warnings tho & jump right back on the right track. I feel human again, not ill! My mental health has transformed completely. Also i have been getting compliments on how i look 21 but im totally not :) my hair grows quickly & doesnt break like it did, my nails dont peel & my skin has become softer...i also have so much more energy i got a new job! I learned new skills that i am starting a future business with & I know my IQ, comprehension & stress management has gone up. I actually feel pleasure when looking at sunsets, hearing birds sing or just waking up some days. Right now i feel the softness of my warm blankets after a hard days work...also i have to track my periods b/c I DONT GET CRAMPS ANYMORE EITHER!!! i started following this advice because of my heart & cyst (doctors wanted to surgically remove) but these added incredible blessings have made today the best time in my life, not years ago!!! THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME MY LIFE BACK!!!
