In the latest version of Photoshop on Windows, “Toolbar” is at the bottom of the Edit menu, above “Preferences”.
To make the toolbar visible without having to reset the workspace, select the Windows menu item and towards the bottom, click “Tools”.

I have Photoshop 24.2.0 on an iMac M1. Whenever I start Ps the toolbar is missing so I have to manually activate it (Window > Toolbar) and then it all works fine until I turn off the computer and then the issue comes up again the next day. Anyone experiencing the same problem? Solutions?
