  • Hello You guys I thought this video would be very helpful. While being in a calorie deficit you can easily over eat or under eat and using a food scale allows you to keep track of it all. In this video I'll be cooking a home cooked meal that includes Air Fried Boneless Chicken Thighs, Rice, Cheese, and Broccoli and showing you guys how I measure and log my food. This video is a good way to see that you can enjoy different things and be in control of what's in your food!
