    With regard to the cellar; where will the water go when rain comes down the steps & Falls around the edges of the roof (level with the ground)?

    • @fennynough6962
      @fennynough6962 Год назад +1

      Yes, unless they add a way to remove water during terential rain storms, it may not drain fast enough. A, sump pump, might be the only option now, or to collect all the water they can off an oversized roof.

The last version had a drainage channel leading right in and around it. I would like to see a drain system at the bottom of the stairs and maybe at the lowest point in the room. Easy to do.

    death is more a part of the world now than ever. everyone faces death in life, through loved ones and themselves. several people around the world fall victim to crime every second. evil is the thing that rules the world right now. these things need to be talked about. don't apologize for bringing up the subject. goodness comes from evil. through evil man sees goodness. through evil one learns to value good and to want it. everything has a reason in the world. it's good that the topic is being brought up, from many points of view. I strongly believe that it also increases understanding of the importance of truth.

    So … just a thought, I know you put earthbag short walls in place to support the wall that collapsed, and the intent is to have this as a root cellar, is there any reason you would not do similar on the remaining portion? I mean it would give you more natural wall space for shelving/drawers/bins less moving air, more earth-mass to maintain temperature, and the like. And if you ever go in for salting/smoking/preserving meat or fish to support your keto diet, having a room to close that off in might also be a good idea.
    I know the (at least eventual or possibly original) intent is to have the house and the root cellar connected, so being able to close off an aromatic room (from all the garlic and onions at least) might go a long way.
    On an entirely different note, one of my good friends just branched out into aquaculture for their walipini greenhouse. I don’t know if Arizona can support that, with the evaporative qualities and how long it is taking to fill up your current cistern, but it was an interesting idea, and seems to add to one’s self-sustainability, and tasty vegetable growth, as well. And might mean that you don’t have to migrate the plants inside for the winter, nor yourselves, outside, if you have it all connected, being able to have the possibility of the warm greenhouse air mixing with the dome air, and maybe a nice indoor but glazed-in area for sun without as much cold in the wintertime might be a lovely idea if you ever run out of project ideas. And it would be more roof-surface to water-collect off of.

Jesus is coming soon, hope you are ready for His coming because it is going to get bad when He returns again.

To use the phrase without reference to its meaning is to be a parasite. So thanks for placing your use within the real meaning of the phrase.
