Didn't realize that Jess has such a pleasant voice. I'd like to hear her doing more of the talking as well as some voiceover work. You guys work well together.
Yes, unless they add a way to remove water during terential rain storms, it may not drain fast enough. A, sump pump, might be the only option now, or to collect all the water they can off an oversized roof.
My friend who lived off grid in the high AZ desert told me they don't drink enough water to make eggs when it's cold, so she put a little cayenne pepper in their food to make them a little more thirsty. They didn't mind a bit. :)
Jessica it's such a pleasure seeing you more talkative it's like your more social now than you was 2years ago when I started following you guys you just seem much happier you guys are maken so much progress as always thanks for taken us along on your journey I would like to wish you both a Happy Thanksgiving
What a fantastic explanation for "Last Supper"! Sending you and your brother all the best on your new venture, never stop putting yourselves out there! 🙌🕊️💚🍀
What is your root cellar going to house? What do you have that needs cool darkness stored? Is there a potato field in the area? Carrots? Beans? I’m so confused. I loved this channel watching you two build and working together 😅

Really impressed you finally hired a competent Comedian to write some jokes to spice up the channel. The short on Cob one really got me, seemed well targeted, almost like they know you.
Jess, you are such a lovely young lady. I love watching you. You two make a great couple. Jess your explaination ofJesus' at the end of his life was such a good explaination. So good.
I’ve been on an OSRL binge recently as a new viewer and looking back at how far you’ve come. This channel has been an excellent way to tell and preserve your story. I find it very inspiring to look for ways in my own life where I can become more self reliant. Great job on your editing, it moves your story along effectively for your viewers.
Congratulations on achieving your goal of covering all the bags. Looking forward to seeing what’s next on this project. We are all entitled to our opinions and whether I agree or disagree with someone else’s opinion or not I would defend their right to speak it
Another great video. Can I make a back/time saving suggestion? Put your empty cob bucket in the wheel barrel then fill it up. Instead of squatting you can mix from a standing position. When your done wheel it over and slap it on.
Jessica you did really good on you explaining about Our Lord Jesus. I’m also glad you have resumed the covering the roof with the stones and soon the plaster. I think it will look so good with the white color of the plaster. Jim you might want to think of a water tank down in the cellar with a pump, having it down there will give you cold water to drink.
I like stories, I listen to a channel on you tube called WW2 stories, the lost diaries of WW2 german soldiers. I like your story as well. You live in a world I can't imagine.
Loved your explanation of the Last Supper of Jesus, Jess. I started a blog two days before my husband died. Very therapeutic, even though I keep it private, and probably only about ten people or fewer read each post. I have been doing it nearly two years, and I think I will probably just keep going now.
Guys I miss your video's wish you would post every couple of days,I'm in new Zealand and we are not allowed to build these types of homes you 2 are amazing if I ever get the luckyness of travelling to USA I hope to b able to see buildings such as yours #supatalantedpeople😊
I love your story! Happy to follow! Don’t forget the drainage! I watch crime stories sometimes I will check out the channel. If starts feeling dark I will stop and take breaks. Just wanted to mention Jesus resurrection and ascension which was witnessed by many. Starting to think there was more to that story as well! Be made Blissful Everyone! ❤🎉🖖✨👋🌹😁
I love yalls video's. I watch every last one of yalls video's. Yall are one of my favorite RUclips channel . Will The Last Supper be on a RUclips channel ? Cause I love stories and I love to read. I would watch it. Jess and don't you Peter have some kind of RUclips channel about food ? I would love to watch that to but I don't know the name of it . I just love yall . Jess your hair is so long and beautiful I bet alot of people would love to know how you get your hair to grow that long and how you keep your hair so beautiful . Be blessed and safe. Miss . Linda ❤🙏🏽❤🙏🏽❤😂
Jess, I love the Voice Over at the beginning of the videos. And The Last Supper, I'm intrigued. I've always wanted to know, why the DRIs chose their particular meals. I wish you well. ♥️💜♥️
Every thing coming out awesome I live in Maine I live 40 miles or so from Steven king’s mansion in Bangor Maine love his books and movies I will definitely check out the podcast god bless 👍👍🙏🏻
As always a really good video guys. On the topic of the new podcast.. as a teen in pinal county when the Tysons were on the loose, I was always drawn to criminal outcomes. With Florence state prison right there and CB6 criminals and quards stories circulating regularly, you become interested in stories like this.
Beautifully said Chicka ❤😢 We all should have that type of understanding when it comes to people. I try to always keep in mind... "Then Jesus said, 'Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they're doing...'"
I agree and disagree. Arizona really does not get much rain…. It may seem like it in these videos but truth be told it is arid as hell there. The berm system will make a huge difference. The last version had a drainage channel leading right in and around it. I would like to see a drain system at the bottom of the stairs and maybe at the lowest point in the room. Easy to do.
Everything looks great guys! I wanna to watch the pod casts but haven't had time to yet but I love true crime and this sounds Interesting. As for people getting offended... let them. Today there are too many people who act as big babies. If they don't like it they do t have to watch it.
Jim and Jess, Congratulations on finishing the cellar walls! So good to see that hard work pay off! Okay, the new podcast - I have to admit - creeped me out and had me a tad confused. Why? That was the big question in my mind. Now that you talked about it more in detail, I’m getting a better idea about WHY you’re interested in that - as you spoke about Jesus and the last supper. Still a little creeped out (sorry), but much better than I was. Thank you, Jessica, for your eloquent words. God bless you and give the pets a little scratch from me.
Hey buddy how you doing today hope you're having a wonderful day keep up the good work hey where's all that rock and stuff going with her that rock is still out there all right well you are rock and roll with ACDC ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ and God bless you
Do you have to seal that calm when you’re done for instants your house you have to seal the outside and also I can’t wait to see the roof on the root cellar like watching yawls videos
Three bookrecs for you. 1- the Gunnie Rose series by Charlaine Harris. SO GOOD! Kind of like post-apocalyptic Deadwood meets... idk, the Grishaverse. 2- the Ninth House series by Leigh Bardugo. Crazy paranormal thing set in and around Harvard. 3- The Kingkiller Chronicle by Patrick Rothfuss. Just a good fantasy, good worldbuilding, some magic stuff. And of course the Wheel of Time series, if you are like me and waited til now to find out about it.
I love the name of your new channel, I watch all the true crime channels that I can. Every state has different items that they can have for their last meal, well I shouldn't say states. Prison's have different rules! I found that out watching all the channels that show the prison and death row
Bro, have you considered installing Zip lines to transport materials? Recently I just thought of how can I make a portable zip line system for transporting materials.
We Shall see if the Outside entrance below grade was a wise decision but learning the hard way is not something you want to do on a project that takes so much physical labor . Do it once and do it right blessings and good health , living the dream .
One subscriber mentioned a French drain. What's that? There's a hell of a lot of work in this sellar. I am curious to see the roof. Stay warm and safe.
death is more a part of the world now than ever. everyone faces death in life, through loved ones and themselves. several people around the world fall victim to crime every second. evil is the thing that rules the world right now. these things need to be talked about. don't apologize for bringing up the subject. goodness comes from evil. through evil man sees goodness. through evil one learns to value good and to want it. everything has a reason in the world. it's good that the topic is being brought up, from many points of view. I strongly believe that it also increases understanding of the importance of truth.
So … just a thought, I know you put earthbag short walls in place to support the wall that collapsed, and the intent is to have this as a root cellar, is there any reason you would not do similar on the remaining portion? I mean it would give you more natural wall space for shelving/drawers/bins less moving air, more earth-mass to maintain temperature, and the like. And if you ever go in for salting/smoking/preserving meat or fish to support your keto diet, having a room to close that off in might also be a good idea. I know the (at least eventual or possibly original) intent is to have the house and the root cellar connected, so being able to close off an aromatic room (from all the garlic and onions at least) might go a long way. On an entirely different note, one of my good friends just branched out into aquaculture for their walipini greenhouse. I don’t know if Arizona can support that, with the evaporative qualities and how long it is taking to fill up your current cistern, but it was an interesting idea, and seems to add to one’s self-sustainability, and tasty vegetable growth, as well. And might mean that you don’t have to migrate the plants inside for the winter, nor yourselves, outside, if you have it all connected, being able to have the possibility of the warm greenhouse air mixing with the dome air, and maybe a nice indoor but glazed-in area for sun without as much cold in the wintertime might be a lovely idea if you ever run out of project ideas. And it would be more roof-surface to water-collect off of.
We live in a story. Have you noticed that Everything is a story. Everybody has their own story and everybody thinks their story is the truth. We are creators so create what you want!!!
I love listening to God's word. Last time I finished the Bible in a year, which now I think is easy. This last year and a half I will be listening to the New Testament 30 times per book until I reach the end... I am currently listening to the last book... so far 7 times... Jesus is coming soon, hope you are ready for His coming because it is going to get bad when He returns again. I have found RUclips to be good to listen to salvation testimonies too... or even current events about Israel or global politics and governments.
may i make a suggestion. In using the tittle, 'The Last Supper', people come in expecting something to find something acutely different. What if you renamed it to, 'Their Last Supper'. It would still have the same ring to it and would draw more of the group you are looking for.
Lots of food can be stored for lengths of time in a cool place without refrigeration. Potatoes, carrots, canned goods and so on. A root cellar is below ground so keeps cool on summer and doesn’t freeze in winter. (Root cellar as in “a place to store root vegetables”👍)
👍Thank you Jess for clearing up the whole idea of this other project you are doing with your brother. Especially describing the parallel between the name, the events Jesus went through, and how your opinion of the death row inmates are shown a kindness they probably don't deserve before they leave this physical plain. What is the purpose of you guys eating their meal?
I appreciate your taking the time to honor Our Lord's Last Supper: the only reason this phrase is "a thing" at all is because of Christ. To use the phrase without reference to its meaning is to be a parasite. So thanks for placing your use within the real meaning of the phrase. Jess' reflections on Jesus Christ's Last Supper were so good and uplifting. Cheers on that dirt hole in the dirt :-) And Happy Thanksgiving to your household.

With regard to the cellar; where will the water go when rain comes down the steps & Falls around the edges of the roof (level with the ground)?
Yes, unless they add a way to remove water during terential rain storms, it may not drain fast enough. A, sump pump, might be the only option now, or to collect all the water they can off an oversized roof.
Was thinking they could roof off the stairs and maybe a gate at the top that they can sandbag
My question also.
I enjoy when Jessica speaks.
My friend who lived off grid in the high AZ desert told me they don't drink enough water to make eggs when it's cold, so she put a little cayenne pepper in their food to make them a little more thirsty. They didn't mind a bit. :)
