Sometimes I really miss my early memories of Minecraft. Staying up for hours late at night binging series of people surviving, endlessly googling the creepypasta of Herobrine, and of course building tons of houses and exploring vast worlds. I'm so glad there's still love going into this game.
I just started a new world with my kids yesterday. I basically never play any games with any mods, so this time I went through and put together a mod list of stuff I thought looked like it fit into my idea of what Minecraft should be - a big weapons & armor mod, magic that's fairly well balanced, a furniture mod, and a few other cosmetic things. It's like playing the game for the first time all over again, and I'm loving every second of it. I've been awake several hours too long already lol
I also missed that early memories of Minecraft and recently we lose internet for a week with my boyfriend, ending up not being able to join our servers, but somehow, we played solo LAN together, and that strange feeling of playing minecraft just as chill as before was really good ...
I also used to look up Herobrine lore and it scared me so bad as a kid that I literally couldn't sleep sometimes. Literally felt like "You may not rest now, there are monsters nearby" lol
ive played minecraft for over 8 years now, and i'm coming to realize that sometimes, i should just go to the settings menu, hit sounds, and crank up the music volume. nowadays, i rarely do that, since i have other music to listen to. but mannn when i go to the minecraft alpha/beta playlist, i just listen on and on. the older you grow, the mystery of minecraft, like its content get spoiled before it gets released, it was different in 2016, when every world felt almost like a new experience. obviously, i still love minecraft, but it dosent have that sense of mystery and wonder, like what could happen next, or what new mobs there are. i guess, the older you grow, the more aware you get, the more busy your life gets. but im glad that there still is the music of minecraft. everywhere.
To everyone who's studying with this music: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1 liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧 • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone 🎧 • A tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well. Herbal rocks, too! ☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨ •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder : After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight 😴🧸
Thank you for the reminder! Just finished a cup of pomegranate green tea while working on a discussion post and now it's time to drink some water! I will make sure this is my best semester of University yet!
No matter how hard life has been, My love for this game has been steady. My safe place, my freedom. And now in intense times of pain and anxiety as I deal with my mother slowly dying of cancer… this music is one of the most comforting things I’ve ever had. It’s like the warm embrace of someone you love and trust. Someone who could protect you. And I’m that moment though maybe no words are spoken, all is alright.
We played, we tried We laughed, we cried We succeeded, we died We respawned and thrived From the zombies, to the endermen From the skeletons, to the pigmen From the spiders and creepers And from those annoying griefers From the biome of jungle to sands To the mushrooms and other obscure lands From the snow and ice To the swamps which never looked too nice From the moments with friends we’ll cherish From a time we hoped Herobrine would perish From the great animations To the RUclips sensations Along with those musical incantations I thank Mojang for creating my childhood Much better than just ‘good’ I think I speak for everyone here When I say this is not game of the year It’s the game of the century As it offered us plenty And these memories will never leave Just like the thought of first playing as Steve So I say close your eyes And listen to the music with surprise As your memories of Minecraft where once apart But now can be fixed like a broken heart In order to find your memories core You must go back to the world of Minecraft once more And defeat the Ender Dragon one last time As the sweet sounds of your childhood begin to chime One last thing, for me to say Which would be, have a nice day Also for you to never forget this game Nor the journey that came As apart of that journey was the end Quite literally, not pretend Just like this poem, which I hope you all read As I would love it if this poem and this game is remembered once I’m dead.
I listen to this while I study and it helps me focus so much, it immediately silences all the adhd voices in my head and lets my brain maintain concentration on what im doing rather than wander aimlessly at a thousand miles and hour. This is so beautiful and nostalgic, of all the gaming phases ive been through minecraft will forever be the best and the one I always return to.
This reminds me of an era that has sadly long since passed. I remember playing Minecraft with my two brothers, the only place where we could actually be peaceful with each other. Back in those worlds, pillaging villages, ransacking dungeons, and hollowing out mountains, we learned to help each other in order to stay alive. We would work together to make sure that we had enough resources to forge ourselves mighty sets of armour and precious weapons. We would all share in the weighty responsibility of securing a constant stream of food, tilling the land so that we would not starve. We built houses and palaces, mansions, and castles, far flung structures which we can only dream of today. In a special building one of my brothers would be brewing various potions while the other one was busy harvesting ghast tears and blaze rods in the nether. Where did we get the energy to spend copious amounts of our lives on a simple block game that, once we’d turned off our computers and gone to bed, had made us none the bit richer, no better informed, just tired? It was because it was fun, and it gave us thousands of opportunities for us to use our imaginations, and all the materials and power that we needed to fulfil those ambitions! It gave us freedom to do whatever we wanted! Some days we would battle against mobs, or even other players if we went onto a server. Some days we would just stand in the forest and listen to the various sounds the game would generate, and as the music flowed into our ears from the headphones clasped to our ears, for a moment, we would believe that we were there. We would believe that our palaces of gold and end-stone, where real places. We were proud of what we had made and would proudly proclaim to all our friends the achievements we’d gained, the feats we had accomplished, our joy, our enthusiasm. Every now and then, I will turn on my computer and start up Minecraft from the original Java launcher. As the world generates at speeds I could only have dreamed of, back when I was 10 or 11, I feel my heart begin to race again, just like when you drive those last few yards up the driveway of an old friend’s house. Finally, the loading screen disappears and there it is, our old world. Everything is still in its place, as if frozen in time. Nothing has changed, our inventory is still filled with ancient bread as well as fish which were harvested from the vast oceans over 12 years ago. Maybe one day my brothers and I will play again in this world. But for the time being, after having browsed through the chests filled with various items, having examined the fine relics on display from our hunting trips in days of auld, the dragon egg and chain-mail armour, I walk back to the spot from whence I came and end the game just as I used to every day. One day we’ll be there again, playing together like we used to, before this world tore us apart.
Hey, wanted to personally thank you for throwing this together. I find myself listening to this a lot to help calm myself down. It helps more than you think.
I don’t know what do with life anymore. Minecraft had changed my life. It was the first ever true game I’ve ever played. I remember the pocket edition lite on the iPhone 4 like that was the most nostalgic thing ever, I still have it after all this time, i have it still on my xbox 360 and I am still feeling all of those old worlds I used to play, it was so nice to get back into those worlds again. Thanks to the creator of this playlist ❤
I'm younger than at least most people in this comment section, but I still have many fond memories with Minecraft. It's nearly midnight as of writing this and I'm sick, but this is helping me get through this sleepless night. I only got out of bed once during the day to get water and a small bowl of cereal. I first played Minecraft on an Xbox 360 when I think I was around age 6, and most of my worlds were based on different Minecraft series that I liked at the time. Eventually I got a tablet with Minecraft pocket edition on it, which is the version I really remember the least. In like 2020, I got my dad's old computer, and got bedrock edition along with it. With bedrock edition, I could finally play with my friends, mostly my cousin. With my cousin, we created our most memorable world, in which every once in a while, we would move houses. Then, somewhat recently (like a year ago) I got Java edition, which I still play to this day. And also like a year ago, I got a TV in my room, and my parents let me choose what console I wanted, and of course I chose the Xbox 360, in case I ever wanted to revisit any memories.
I really love these comment section, I can spend my entire day reading all the comments about themselves, you guys take care of yourself and hope you all, always have a wonderful day
waking up at 5am, prepare my gymbag, run to the gym at 6am, come back a 8am, and study the whole day while listening to this, i hate studying, but with this i just feel relaxed and its cozy ash ;)
I sometimes feel like sisyphus, working to improve on an endless goal, i struggle and struggle, often feelings like im not progressing sometimes even feeling like im getting worse. But something in me keeps pushing me to achieve greatness.
It's funny hearing people talk about playing survival in Minecraft and listen to them talk about them defeating the Ender Dragon. I just built houses and played in purchased worlds by myself 😭 The nostalgia is still there though, great memories, just different memories
Minecraft will forever play a huge factor of my childhood, the game is still pretty big on PC than console but them days with friends on the xbox 360 will forever be missed. Memories of survival worlds, hunger games, hide and seeks will always be missed. We have all grown up and moved on and i havnt spoke to them in years which is sad but thats life. I do miss them memories but theres always room to make new ones. I always come back to this game when im sad or bored and this game makes me be at peace. We can be sad the memories have gone but can be happy we still have the game and we can always come back to it. I'll never forget when i found someone who had all the famous Hunger Games maps who stampy and Squid all played, i was so happy because i always tried to transfer them onto my xbox but would keep getting viruses lmao, i was a clueless child. Early memories like believing in Herobrine and trying to find him was a funny part of my life. The nostalgic music will forever be precious to all of us as it hits are heart with mixed emotions. Hope everyone has a great life, always come back to this game as we should forever keep it close to our hearts. I keep getting little doses of motivation to grind a survival or creative world, or learn that World edit and make awesome structures. Take care everyone.
Where to start with Minecraft, I absolutely adore this game ever since I was a child. Being able to listen to music like this too go to bed to, makes me happy. ever since my life has been easier 🖤
I play minecraft since I was 3 years old and sometimes I really miss my early memories of me playing on creative, buiding everything that comes up to my mind with all the inocence I could have.
Very beautiful and peaceful music! I like your channel so much because you create something different from other minecraft music playlists, keep it going ❤
I speak Portuguese I'm from Brazil but I'm going to speak English because I know whoever will read this speaks English but I end this song this game reminds me of when I was little I was innocent I was crying every day I watched videos about this beautiful game until one day a boy moved to the house next door I was hiding behind my grandmother and he came to talk to me we were very young but at that moment I knew I would have a good friend we played together we played my xbox 360 it was good why did I forget Some of my mother's house was a bad place, my stepfather beat her a lot, but whenever I arrived at my grandmother's house feeling sad [I couldn't say anything] I went to my neighbor's house, who I mentioned before, he went to my house and we played I forgot everything until one day my dear father bought minecraft at that moment I jumped for joy I played it every day until on April 1st there was going to be a minecraft vs pokemon show it was very poorly done and fake but my father had taken me there and I took that friend of mine along it was fun at the show and suddenly they put on a song it was the Minecraft rap from Play Tauz you must not be Brazilian so I won't meet him but he is very important to me well I remember that friend of mine was stolen he lost his xbox it was sad I asked him to play he didn't want to until he moved away I only spoke to him a little at school until I completely lost contact with him well after a while when my stepfather I left, I went back to live with my mother, I saw my father every Friday and Saturday, well, I remember going to my old friend's house when I was 12 years old, he went to spend a few days there after the holidays and well, I remember that because I had I got married a lot of problems I was 6 years old I was just confused so it wasn't that bad I have a younger half sister nowadays I have a lot of problems even though I'm only 14 years old problems get married at school I get married everywhere sometimes and well I go into the room and turn on this music and remember when everything was so easy and fun
Thank you! & ofc! It’s my favorite texture pack! It's called "Mizuno's Craft" created by a japanese artist. Knowing how people react to these videos in memory of their childhood I can only imagine the sadness when mc is shutdown whenever in the future (and for whatever reason) 😢 Not saying i hope it does (not at all) But all good things come to an end
Let’s hope that never happens!! I still see myself playing minecraft even in the apocalypse!! 💪 In some kind of safe haven surrounded by old scavenged vintage-tech, tangled cables, and moss-covered architecture! Having a physical copy of your favorite games is 100% worth it! Especially if something like that ever happens 🧸
if minecraft ever shutdowns ill be deeply sadden because i have 10 years of playing minecraft, but good news. minecraft doesnt pay to keep servers up, so it'll stay around practically forever. mojang added the multiplayer button and people added servers to bring multiplayer to the game but, even if the player count signifyingly drops in the future, i wont care ill still be playing minecraft and hopefully play minecraft with my kids.
I've been listening to this while studying for design technology to try get the "building" aspects to link together. However something about this music makes me feel so nostalgic. This is the game that started my love for building and thats why I'm hoping to study architecture at uni. Something so beautiful like the music of this game brings so many people together honestly so happy I grew up with this game.
Don't be sad, because it's gone, be happy that it happened! Good memories have so much value the older you will become. 🙂

Reminder : After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around.

Guess what I'm working on a game right now and listening to this I'm in little more focus mode.
So I'm not the only one here with a very sick mother. Yes this music is super-comforting. Good luck
much love for both of you and your mothers💚
sorry about your mom having cancer bro, much love for you and your mom.
We played, we tried
We laughed, we cried
We succeeded, we died
We respawned and thrived
From the zombies, to the endermen
From the skeletons, to the pigmen
From the spiders and creepers
And from those annoying griefers
From the biome of jungle to sands
To the mushrooms and other obscure lands
From the snow and ice
To the swamps which never looked too nice
From the moments with friends we’ll cherish
From a time we hoped Herobrine would perish
From the great animations
To the RUclips sensations
Along with those musical incantations
I thank Mojang for creating my childhood
Much better than just ‘good’
I think I speak for everyone here
When I say this is not game of the year
It’s the game of the century
As it offered us plenty
And these memories will never leave
Just like the thought of first playing as Steve
So I say close your eyes
And listen to the music with surprise
As your memories of Minecraft where once apart
But now can be fixed like a broken heart
In order to find your memories core
You must go back to the world of Minecraft once more
And defeat the Ender Dragon one last time
As the sweet sounds of your childhood begin to chime
One last thing, for me to say
Which would be, have a nice day
Also for you to never forget this game
Nor the journey that came
As apart of that journey was the end
Quite literally, not pretend
Just like this poem, which I hope you all read
As I would love it if this poem and this game is remembered once I’m dead.
I've put these poem on the walls of my room, thats pretty

I dont know what you mean by getting married at 14 but your english is pretty good. Your verbs are well conjugated. Also this is really sweet
This is great :>

Hi! FIrst of all, thank you for the video, I love it!
You gave us the informations about Shader and all but I wonder what the texture pack is 🙏
Thank you! & ofc! It’s my favorite texture pack! It's called "Mizuno's Craft" created by a japanese artist. Their official website is entirely in japanese, but you can support the artist and buy it on the Minecraft Marketplace as well! 🌹

@@crycatt That's you being modest but I feel u deserve more credit honestly
no problem though
keep it up
what is the mod named?
Knowing how people react to these videos in memory of their childhood I can only imagine the sadness when mc is shutdown whenever in the future (and for whatever reason) 😢
Not saying i hope it does (not at all)
But all good things come to an end
