Probably one of the best cadences I've ever heard. Anyone calling cadence should strive for this. She sounded off and had plenty of soul. If you can't march to this and stay in step, then you have some serious issues.
As a NAVET i really appreciate the candences CALLER definitely has some pipes & soul ive been playing this every day. It's a great tool that i know use to motivate the youth
reminds me of rtc while marching and sleeping at the same time as division pfc... listening to a female's cadence half a mile away. lmao. hypnotic hymns.
+Fazzinator I was in boot way back in '98 and our YN2 RDC taught us that same melody, except as "One, Two-One two, your 3 a-four-ah! Your one-two... One and ya two and ya three and ya four!" Brought back a ton of memories; you made a great AROC (and a great RPOC, I'm sure). Bravo Zulu, shipmate!
If you are a Navy Service Member. Prior or Present. This will bring tears to your heart. Thank you Navy and to our Sister Calling cadence. It stays with you forever that honor.
ok so it is an AZ cadence but obviously you could change it to whatever rate you need... the chorus is : 1 2 1 2 3 4 I said 1 2 azs sound off louder azs I still cant hear you left right on right on left az left get in step left right on right on here are some verses: can I get an a to the left zs to the right can a get a bad to the left to to the right can I get a the to the left bone to the right put it all together now (azs bad to the bone) like Michael Jackson! CHORUS can I get an a to the left zs to the right can I get a got to the left that to the right can I get a woo to the left swag to the right put it all together now (azs got that woo swag) swag swag! CHORUS can I get an a to the left zs to the right can I get a de to the left mand to the right can I get a re to the left spect to the right put it all together now (azs demand respect) like Aretha franklin! etc etc etc there were a bunch hahaha hope this helps
Hi my name is Cadet LTJG Hill I attend Chapel Hill High School and I just wanted to say I really like that cadence and just wondering if you could post another video of this cadence but with the words maybe. Have a great day Best regards: Cadet LTJG Hill
"Left right on right on left!" So good! I've never heard this one but I think you've heard of this one: "I'm a steamroller baby!" That one is AMAZING!!!!! Great job!!
Singin Sailor OMG! You need to! It's so good. It makes time go by to fast while marching. Also, it's got a good beat. But then again, any cadence makes time go by fast.
Holy shit, I had no idea how old those cadences were, I just finished AZ a school, the numbers are a lot smaller and there's definitely less motivation, but they're still better than the rest of nttc
Great cadence call... Always enjoyed listening to thus type of rhythmic cadence . I heard it years ago (mid 90's) while stationed at Shepherd AFB for Tech School with the Air Force. Its been in my head ever since then. Have anymore clips?
Thank you! I appreciate it! this is the only cadence that was recorded of me. I was AROC and then RPOC in bootcamp...I wish someone had those cadences...
Dylan_ PLays absolutely!! This was the only one I sang for A School. It was the "AZ Cadence" in boot camp I was only allowed to do what was taught- mama mama (I have a video for that one) and just basic "left right" jams haha. Thank you!
Hi, I'm a future sailor who ships next year, I was interested in singing canden e(I'm a loud and clear tenor) were you taught to sing a certain way or did you have to make up your own cadence? My recruiter recommends that I volunteer while at boot camp but I don't know if I'd be picked or not. I believe I'm a great leader and I have confidence in my voice, but I don't know any cadences.
Hey!! that is awesome! in bootcamp I was the aroc (sang the cadences and next in charge to rpoc) but then they promoted me to rpoc. it was a great time!! :P I have sang my whole life...I didn't train a certain way ever. im just loud hahaha keep a good beat and stay loud n u will be great! in bootcamp u just do left right left right.....I made up different beats though for them. I can post a video tomorrow for you if you want!! give you an idea ;)
Remember that as the aroc you'll have a lot of responsibilities than singing cadence that are very demanding. Though it's great that you want to aim that high.
The only advice i can give you for cadence is have rhythm, have soul. having a good singing voice isn't enough. before you guys learn cadences you will start off with "left, left, left right, right left" sort of cadence. At bootcamp you have to earn your right to start marching to cadence.I would start practicing now if you want to increase your chances at becoming RPOC. Maybe you can start practicing if you know the melodies of the songs. I would also note that you always start singing on your left, this is how your division knows what foot to be on during cadence without you actually saying "left" or "right" So the words coming out of your mouth will ALWAYS be on the left foot. At RTC you will be singing cadences out of a red binder. The only ones i can remember off the top of my head are : Navy colors Steam Roller Mama Mama can't you see Hey Sailor Men at war They say that in the Navy I hope this helps and good luck!
AZ Cadence. CHORUS: 1 2 1 2 3 4 I said 1 2 azs sound off louder azs I still cant hear you left right on right on left az left get in step left right on right on can I get an a to the left z's to the right can I get an all to the left ways to the right can I get an sound to the left off to the right put it all together now -you know you'd better! CHORUS can I get an a to the left z's to the right can I get a bad to the left to to the right can I get a bone to the left put it all together now -like Michael Jackson! CHORUS can I get an a to the left z's to the right can I get a got to the left that to the right can I get a woo to the left swag to the right put it all together now -swag swag! CHORUS there is a few more too like : a z's de mand re spect. like Aretha franklin. or na vy a z's hooyah hoyyah
Jerod Rumney I was both in boot camp lol. I was a roc then they made me be the rpoc. I was pissed cause I wanted to keep doing caydence but it was cool being rpoc for sure
Cadence caller's got some musical pipes on her.
Samuel Morrison that’s that AO life 😂
Her cadence is beautiful. Served myself US Navy from January 2002 to January 2007. That cadence brought back a truckload full of memories.
Damn her command voice is a total turn on. Navy girls do it better. 💪
thank you!!! ;)
Love the rythym and melody. Baby girl was jammin
Probably one of the best cadences I've ever heard. Anyone calling cadence should strive for this. She sounded off and had plenty of soul. If you can't march to this and stay in step, then you have some serious issues.
Ryan Thornhill Thank you so much for saying that! I am so appreciative!

Ugh! Chills down my spine. Sorta miss it. Glad to see the cadence is still as is.
im in NJROT and I love her cadence I may just show my Commander this and ask if we can incorporate this in our marching for Drill Meets
reminds me of rtc while marching and sleeping at the same time as division pfc... listening to a female's cadence half a mile away. lmao. hypnotic hymns.
Thats a great voice! Marching with a good A-Roc was my favorite part of bootcamp
This brought back boot camp memories! Served from 2005 to 2009
"Bro, why you breathing so hard?"
"DID YOU NOT JUST HEAR THAT SEXY ASS CADENCE!?"
Takes me back to Meridian back in 09. It’s good to see these same cadences holding strong hooo ya AZs

Why he breathing so hard? Can't even enjoy the video. 😭
Kaylan Katara dude's hardly a man.
Kaylan Katara probably out running and then saw them, my gues

The cadence is nice but they can tighten them ranks up a little bit. lol.
This gives me chill bumps! This is absolute 🔥🔥🔥!
"Left right on right on left!" So good! I've never heard this one but I think you've heard of this one: "I'm a steamroller baby!" That one is AMAZING!!!!! Great job!!
Recruit Bear thank you so much!! Yes I’ve heard steamroller but sadly never got to call that cadence in my time!!
I'm having flash backs from Great Lakes and A school.

Great cadence call... Always enjoyed listening to thus type of rhythmic cadence . I heard it years ago (mid 90's) while stationed at Shepherd AFB for Tech School with the Air Force. Its been in my head ever since then. Have anymore clips?

NROTC is going to be hard if I have to adjust to this cadence rhythm. Being prior USMC does make it difficult.

Hi, I'm a future sailor who ships next year, I was interested in singing canden e(I'm a loud and clear tenor) were you taught to sing a certain way or did you have to make up your own cadence?
