It's a really good phone especially the performance, design & premium build quality, OS/Software experience, decent battery & charging speed (with official charger). The best thing is the community which they have and their team support on discord, reddit and twitter. Phone looks very elegant and I haven't faced any issues with the phone. Most of the bugs and issues people talk about even on youtube are old videos but now (Nov - Dec 2022 onwards) all the major issues are fixed. Don't get distracted by older reviews and make any harsh judgement. I love their teams passion on making great product and building ecosystem and building strong community which make the users feel special.
@@nobody-eu7kd no bro, the battery is absolutely fine. Even on 120hz refresh rate i get more that a day backup. If you need more battery then keep the phone to 60hz refresh rate and disable 5g and shift to 4g you will be amazed with the battery life. From my opinion I'm very impressed with the battery life of nothing phone 1. Don't fall for old comments the Phone has no major issues since Nov update (1.1.7)

I am a Nothing Phone 1 owner/user and I am very happy to know that they aren't lacking in the service department at all, that's actually a huge relief as you said, it's a new brand. In all honesty I love the Nothing Phone 1 as the performance is great and the developers actually listen to the users while understanding the bugs and minor issues and relatively are releasing updates and fixes fast enough, not at all a bad investment and I would encourage people to buy this phone who are not able to make a decision with this phone in particular.
@@ssvineethprajwal Nothing major, what I was facing before the recent patch was that when I used to watch videos on RUclips while checking another app, let's say the messages or something, while the RUclips app becomes like a pop up, upon maximizing it again, it sometimes never used to go to full scree and used to be blank for a min or so, restarting the app was the only go to option. But I don't face that anymore. Also, my Bluetooth earphones and speakers weren't connecting right away or automatically before, had to do it manually all the time, but that is also fixed now. Super Happy with Nothing Phone.

I just bought nothing 4 days ago and updated to Android 13 ,,I can't believe the phone has literally no bugs and it is the best UI I have used so far...The vedio stabilization is the best in this price.. Nothing is really a good company with potential.... The only weak side I found on Phone 1 is the front camera,,it is not the best at all ,,but the main camera is superb...The UI is now so smooth...
I am a nothing phone 1 user and trust me guys they have one of the best customer care, like i called them and said that my phone's display is having problem and he said you visit our service centre and call me again i will personally talk to the person in service centre . I find this gesture so pleasing. BTW i am in Kolkata and they have mostly partnered service centres.
When samsung m52 was launched with same specifications almost everyone called it overpriced (28k) but when nothing new brand roll out its phone @36k no one questions it i don't know why . Samsung can charge bit more for its brand value but a new brand . Its out of logic
Because they created a lot of hype even before launching it unofficial like nothing ke wallpaper aa rhe h and bla bla. Same goes for nord 2t . Everyone criticised it but when oppo reno 8 launched . It was praised by most people (even it doesn't have ios , glass back and stereo speakers).
One thing to keep in mind is that Samsung is a well established brand. It is much easy for them in procuring and manufacturing. This goes without saying that they would have to spend much less money to manufacture a phone than any other new brand, unless the new brand is using low quality parts. So, Nothing is probably spending a lot more money in manufacturing the Phone 1 than Samsung is spending for a phone with similar specs. And it may surprise you, but according to Carl Pei, the Phone 1's profit-margin is literally 0%.
I have noticed from me and my friends ownership of Oneplus & Nothing phones that they frequently get Mainboard/Motherboard damage/bend when any screen or back glass is broken. I wonder if its damaged naturally or the service centre's do this for high profits. My apple & Samsung devices have previously broken screens and back glass but not mainboard/motherboard issues.
i understand that it was on purpose that you broke the phone.....but if the mainboard gets so easily damaged or bent then i think they need to make stuff a little bit more durable...personally rather than those disco lights i would have preferred all metal back.....glass is nice and all....but metal is metal...and durable as it should be...(missing my HTC M8)

Out of all the phones I have owned I think Asus was the worst . Previous year I brought a ROG phone 5 and exactly 1 year and 1 day after , while using my phone it automatically turned off . Took it to the Asus service center and even without checking they concluded its a motherboard issue and asked me to pay 43,000 to get the motherboard fixed (Phone costs 50k) . Even though the issue is not because of how I used it and clearly a manufacturer problem . Long story short I asked them to recycle the phone . Brought a Nothing Phone and have been using it ever since

Bhai ,aaj main official nothing Lajpat Nagar service centre mein gaya tha, mere nothing phone 2 mein charging mein problem a raha thi, under warranty hone ke bad bhi, aur koi liquid ya physical damage nahin hua tha, assistant mujhe out off warranty ka plan samjha rahe the, very bad experience with nothing.
I think the service center replaced the phone instead of repairing it because putting a new motherboard,display and body in a single day is very hard for a service center guy

Actually thats very sensible none of the companies fix the motherboard and instead just replace it. I had an asus zenfone 5z which i bought an year after launch for 22k and 2 yrs the phone abruptly stopped working and there was some issue with the motherboard then as well and the company estimated cost to fix it was 18k.The guy at the service centre himself suggest not to fix the phone for such a high cost for a phone that was 3 yrs old now
28th February 2023 around 1 AM I was scrolling through the net and now the Nothing phone 1 8GB 256 GB version in Black is costing 39000 and the white version around 33000. Not sure what happened but the price just went through the roof.

I am using nothing phone 1 i pre ordered it been using it for 3-4 months and my experience is BAD. There is dust inside my back panel, various software issues, call sensor stopped working i visited 3 service centres in mumbai till now and they all were trash they dont even know how to check the phone and out of 3, two service centres dont take nothing products by saying we are no longer available for nothing. Service is SHIT ..!!Shattered my expectations.

You should try getting a pixel phone repaired. Their service in India is not that good compared to the price they charge for the phone and size of the parent company. You'll get an interesting result for sure.

I am using nothing phone 1 i pre ordered it been using it for 3-4 months and my experience is BAD. There is dust inside my back panel, various software issues, call sensor stopped working i visited 3 service centres in mumbai till now and they all were trash they dont even know how to check the phone and out of 3, two service centres dont take nothing products by saying we are no longer available for nothing. Service is SHIT ..!!Shattered my expectations.

Mera Vivo service centre ke saath worst experience hai 1year hua tha mobile lekar charging port me problem thi unhone kaha spares parts ana band hogaye hai is model ke phir unhone offer rakha wo purana phone lekar Naya phone denge different model but mujhe 80% charges pay karne padhenge Naye phone ke toh maine bahar jakar market se 500rs me theek karaliya aur abhi phone pehle jaisa work karraha hai
