I've seen one of the five films they had reviewed, and it's Lethal Weapon 3. Parts of the film I actually had a good time laughing out loud at the police gags, even if it didn't work to some degree. The stuntwork was not as spectacular as the first two Lethal Weapon films, although it did have some kind of enrapturement from time to time. However, the villains were insipid to sit through - especially with the phoney construction company sub-plot that never stood out with its money grabbing scheme to utilize as a potential drug/weapon business in the underworld. Also Rene Russo's performance wasn't very good to ensure there's any kind of pleasure with Mel Gibson's character. She might have the energy to kick and punch in such direction compliancy, but the overall character was a structural mess.
👎⭐⭐1/2, although it was a close call for me.
I swear they were gonna start hitting each other during Lethal Weapon 3.
Night on Earth is a good movie.
