Bought this for my daughter for Christmas, but still cannot charge it. Doesn't come with an adapter, just those chords. Plugged it into the PC like it shows to charge, and set it up but all Im getting is screen says "power savings mode", then "No Display Found" and just turns screen off. I've been trying to charge it using my PC but it didn't do anything different. Any help? Or do I need to go to Best Buy and buy a stupid adapter?

So the tablet itself does not just simply charge. I find it can be finicky but take the red usb and plug it into an wall adapter. Then plug in the little L shape usb-c. If connecting to a phone and u bought the extra usb-c plug that into the tablet then into the phone.
If you are just using a computer, plug the usb-c from the jumbled mess of cables into the tablet, the the black usb into the computer
Just remember the tablet needs a power source to be able to turn on, the black usb is NOT a power source when plugging into a computer, the red usb is meant to be plugged into a power source (an adapter). Does not have to be a fancy expensive one, just one that is strong enough to power the tablet itself

in your opinion, how do you feel about the size of the usable work area for this tablet? is it too small and/or cramped for you?

At first it might feel like it is cramped. But in practice, it feels spacious enough to work with.

Hello, I got a XP-Pen Artist 12 Pen Display 2nd Gen for Christmas, for some reason my PC sees it as a keyboard, it detects the Stylus but not the display. Any ideas to fix this?
Also the screen won't turn on and says "No Signal." I'm panicking cause I was so excited to get this, I've downloaded the drivers, the buttons on the display work but the screen won't turn on.

Many people gave this problem, the fis is usually to use a different port, the one connected to your video card
