The scripture reading illustrated so ripely what time can help us with as with Paul and John Mark. It hit home that all of us believers in Christ fall short because of our sinful nature which is disappointing beyond words but inevitable. Yes immature idealism no matter how genuine is tempered with age. My Gramma was like saint in my eyes but older adults whose faith is strong is to me beauty beyond words.
