They seems to have capped the reduction of annexation cost lower than before. With the previous austria I was able to annex bohemia or hungary in 1-2 months for 14 and 26 mana even after feeding them a lot of provinces. But it was only with the pulse event so quite rng...
i bought vanilla game and get subscription for a month when i want to play eu4. for those that dont know subscription is like 8 dollars and you get access to ALL dlc's

@@TheJaydawarlord i played the game not long after it was first released. granted i pirated it for a long a time... but anyway. the pricing of all dlc's compared to subscription per month... i would need to play for years non stop to get my moneys worth out of the dlc's but when i get the subscription i just play until i get bored, and then cancel the subscription until new dlc or something....
