I think they fixed it so you force them out of republic regardless now. Although, I didn’t mind them being a republic before, my computer loves to crash so I always got 6/6/6 rulers so convenient it crashed right when I got bad elections 😅
Nice one! That No Country for Old Tercios becomes really easy later in the game, especially after you cut couple of great powers before. Also, if you form spain that nasty nobility privilege for Castile will go away on its own.
Oh my god have they literally forgot to code Spain as eligible country to have this privilege Between mistakes like this and disgusting power creep for some nations (you can really tell that France was done by a more reserved guy comparing to e.g. Russia and Ottomans) vanilla eu4 is just... disappointingly unbalanced
@@rrobucksthehuman9186 Yeah it's a game with mana points first, not historical simulator, and compare Streltsy and Jannissaries to Caroleans or Musketeers for example (conclusion from this can be applied to so many mission trees and countries). Seriously, it's clearly not balanced well and it shows that some devs didn't think about when making content, which for MP is seriously frustrating. Also if we take your view then e.g. France and Sweden should be even more OP and they aren't, just because their content had different design philosophy
@@freddekl1102 russia and muscovy has gone through many updates and buffs and I played against them in literally almost every game. And how should I put it... I just stopped my latest playthrough as Castile Spain into Roman Empire. After integrating a Denmark vassal, GB PU, and Portugal I have 18 merchants just from colonial nations (3 in Australia alone). The mission tree is pretty fun.
Oh my god, you did it, a simple colonial game without massive blobing.
😆 yeaa
The moment when Ludi has become as of a meme as the random internet soundings you are using xD
That's not good English
Jesus the amount of goldmines you can get as Spain as well as treasure fleets is mindblowing.
With britain you can have every possible gold province as gold😊

This is a cursed alternative timeline where the Valois end in the spanish throne instead of the Habsburgs.
