  • How to Restart Habits
    About 40 to 45% of our days are spent out of habit. This aspect of ourselves can serve us well or pull us down in unhelpful behaviour. We can use this behaviour to our advantage when we have good habits. But what happens when we struggle to form or stop doing that habit?
    In this video, I’ll share my personal journey of difficulty in maintaining a beneficial habit of reading non-fiction for thirty minutes a day.
