      How do you know you have the right interpretation? It’s because protestantism rejects the infallible Magisterium of the holy Catholic Church that you have 40,000+ man made protestant CULTS NOT churches! Only Jesus can found a Church! The Bible is a Catholic book the protestant Bible is an incomplete and corrupted Catholic book for proof watch Steve Ray’s excellent testimony! (Steve Ray belonged to the Baptist CULT until he saw the true beauty of Catholicism which is everyone’s true home!). To reject the holy Catholic Church IS to reject Jesus Christ himself! Please watch Don’t call protestant’s Christian. The Papacy can NOT be destroyed. The warning or illumination of conscience by Christine Watkins. Following padre Pio - who show’s the true beauty of Catholicism! God bless. And there’s NO salvation outside the holy Catholic Church because it’s the ONLY CHURCH.

    Prepare the way of the Lord. Then what?

    • @steffenirgens7022
      @steffenirgens7022 7 месяцев назад

      Much of the bible is esoteric and/or historic stuff. I think it's not best to dwell too much on it if you don't understand the context, and people say all different stuff about it. Make it a priority to commit to understand rather, not by bending it to your own will, but your willingness to understand. I think what rings true in your heart at a deeper level, is true to you for your individual purpose here...
      We often understand things in context to what we have heard because we are desperate for (outside) answers, but in reality I personally believe that we are born with God's spirit and are then corrupted by the world, by our own willingness to sin. Do not be conformed by this world...
      In my personal experience, from what I believe to be the voice of God - is a quiet and gentle voice. I've had that voice in periods of my life, when I have felt God's grace...
      It is often obscured by confusing thoughts or feelings (about how to navigate in the world from all that we are told to do or believe), it is distant when I'm sinning, or even replaced the voice of "the evil one" if I sin too much or have been influenced by some dubious people.
      Evil one = Tempter, accuser, vices... Good one = Protector, advocate, virtues...
      If the question is about if when it's imaginary - it's always "imaginary"... Ask, and you shall receive... Believe as if you have already received it... Two can move mountains... From an evil heart, evil manifests...
      But what is the root of this imagination? I think it's better to develop a steady relationship with the voice, rather than wanting it for a couple of instances based on your immediate desires. In that case, you will too easily be caught off guard.
      Seek the Kingdom of God first... Traditional Christianity says that it's to do charity, not to sin, etc. I don't believe that to be true at all... I think when you sin - you miss the mark, and are headed in the direction of the evil one. Jesus says that the kingdom is within you... Then he makes a bunch of parables about the kingdom that are often in opposition to what we are told...
      Call one your teacher. Call one your father. Do good works in the name of the father...
      But if you do good works in someone else's name (your father, your desires, your desires to be deemed clean, society, etc.) - that is vanity, isn't it? Then you are not the blood stained sheet that has been made pure by the hands of God...
      It might be worth looking into exactly what Jesus is saying, and I think it would be best if you understand what kind of beam you have in your eye first, I believe...
      Make some sort of confession on your own, and hang it in front of you like a cross. Not a sinful act - but a sinful spirit...
      Personally, I'm too rebellious, proud and self-pitying - so then I might meditate on that (in fact - I will just do that), and maybe then a voice will appear when I have shown commitment to change my spirit. Then that voice will probably tell me what I can do about it (like it has been before), instead of searching high and low for answers to the left and right on the internet about my problems - because in reality - it is because I'm at some level wallowing in self-pity, and it's making me just more confused...
      Because being individualistic can be a good thing, being assertive also, and recognizing that you suffer is probably a good thing. And if you ask other people, they will most likely be overly sympathetic or overly critical to it, to what is true in your case before God...
      All of my sinful acts and thoughts are rooted in this split, by the spirit of which I have.
      I don't have any definitive answers, and I don't have this voice with me right now, but this is what I believe from my experience...

Then the love in your heart guides you. The it starts invading you. How ever when we who stop prayiny start to lose guidance. Yes with out it we our useless. Its god leading us . So with out jesus we our like ting little sead hopeless waiting for grace to guide us. God wants nothing more than pure love .
    Its loving obdience . We can follow
    him loving all the people . Yet we are still broken . We will still sin because we are broken . So have we hold tight to jesus . The sweet loving one. Try to convert to the best of situation that we are in. Everyone cross thats for sure. But simplying it is best way so we can live peaceful simple life. Yet still know it will be hard narrow path path with many crosses to go through daily.

    When you tell me the story about your God that's all it is, a story, and it's not even a good story, neither compelling nor interesting. It's just a tale told to you by others and repeated by yourself, you don't know that it's true just because you are gullible enough to believe it. It's a fiction and like all fiction will remain just a story until such time as there is absolute proof of its authenticity.
    Blind faith and a need to believe is not proof of anything, all the words and stories in your bible have no more credence than any other story about magical beings in the sky and there are plenty of stories about different Gods, Ghosts, Fairies etc. told to us throughout history.
    You don't believe these stories because they are fanciful and don't make sense yet you believe in the God/Jesus story with your whole being, despite any absolute proof, you need to believe that unlike any other animal on Earth you will live on after your death, it's called wishful thinking and whilst your own wishful thinking to yourself does no harm it can cause all types of mental problems to others if it is pushed onto them as truth, especially children who are mostly trusting of the words of adults. It can, and does lead to deep seated anxiety, fear, guilt, paranoia and feelings of unworthiness, Feelings that are taken from childhood to adulthood just because of a fictional story written by people in the bronze and iron ages. Religion has a lot to answer for.

    • @Lili-Benovent
      @Lili-Benovent 7 месяцев назад

      Looking back at the bible stories objectively there is every chance that Jesus Christ, if he ever existed, was just an olden days equivalent of modern day charlatans such as Benny Hinn, Creflo Dollar, Kenneth Copeland, Joyce Meyer etc. seeking to secure themselves and gain riches peddling a story about an invisible God about to strike down the unfaithful.
      Perhaps Jesus enhanced the story by performing a few party tricks such as you see with Benny Hinn, pushing people over and pretending to heal their ills, Starting off Jesus probably was happy with the easy life of preaching but as he became more famous he actually started to believe that he himself was a God and his ego became inflated with his new found fame, these days we call it schizophrenia, This fanatic eventually came to the attention of the authorities and was finally viewed as a threat and they decided to make an example of him and nail him up on a cross.
      Over the years we have seen many people who have elevated themselves to the status of a God and they usually come to a sticky end, it`s not unusual, but what is unusual is that as the years go by this Jesus story and fake philosophy has become readily accepted as a standard for controlling the masses and imposing guilt where there is no guilt. Luckily as science becomes more readily accepted Christianity is diminishing and will become so minuscule in the future that people will regard it as just another fanatical minor cult.

      And a great part of "Alice in Wonderland" is real history, We all live within the Milky Way Galaxy, there are approximately 200 Billion stars within the Milky Way, a lot of them have planets circling them, some of those planets are just like ours.
      There are two Trillion Galaxies within the observable universe.
      Light travels at 186,000 miles per second, calculate the number of seconds in a year, multiply that number by 186,000 and that is the distance light travels in a light year.
      Some stars are billions of light years away, when you are observing one of those stars in the sky the light you see was generated billions of years ago, you are looking into the past, yet we are assured that the universe and all the stars were created in six days, only 6,000 years ago.
      Dinosaurs roamed the Earth 165 million years ago yet the creationists will tell you with a straight face that dinosaurs existed in biblical times. There is not one story in the bible which would stand up to serious scrutiny, not one lesson to be learned, but if you have a powerful preacher telling you fairy tales then it is easier to believe than to question.
      Most Americans have had religion pumped into them from childhood whilst other countries are more secular and teach children to question anything that doesn't sound quite right, this is the 21st century and we all should have stopped believing fairy tales are truth by now, it's criminal to be brainwashing kids into believing stupid stories about talking snakes, miracles, a God who is watching everything they say and do and an eternity of torture in Hell.

      The 'ceremony' is separate from the failings of the Church. The Mass is about sacrifice of Christ for us, fallen people, redeemed by the sacrifice of Jesus.

      @@1906eliz I walk as a man. I attempt to walk in the Lord's shadow. I need no assurance from ceremony. When my time is done only the Lord (not Church,) will judge me...I studied in Jerusalem and BIOLA....I came to love the Almighty Lord God of Heaven and Earth (Earth). Not the "Church"......
