I'm 29 at time of writing; it's really difficult to be social when the only thing you can think of is how weird you look shaking... tremors are one thing, the hardest part for me is the anxiety and agoraphobia that comes with the tremors

I’ve always struggled with anxiety, and I’ve payed a decent amount of attention to presentation and, movement. This affects me daily, I work with my hands. Makes me real nervous to think it’s only going to get worse
This was great, thanks, I been tryin to find out about "how does parkinson's disease get diagnosed?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. I’m 13 I have essential tremor and it really affects my hand writing in school by a lot and drawing skills I want to become a coding expert and mineral expertise and make software and game apps for each platform of devices but I can handle it since I got a mild one but my anxiety is worser than my shaking I start getting scared if I forget something or do something wrong my brain starts going cold and my heart starts raising and I think about it the whole day until it’s over

What is the device?
From the video, it appears that the device demonstrated is an external switch that operates a surgically implanted device with a wire that extends into the brain, much like a cardiac pacemaker. The video is over 8 years old. Today, there are non-invasive technologies including Focused Ultrasound that ablate small and specific sections of the brain that affect the tremor. There are no guarantees with any treatment and potential side effects as well, but the focused ultrasound seems like the latest "best hope."
Science and medicine don't magically happen in the news or youtube but mostly with dedicated prolonged and thoughtful efforts. That being said, there is no better time than the "now" to be sick as treatments constantly evolve.
My son is 30 in the last year and a 1/2 he is gone from walking to using a cane to using a wheel chair which the tremors are so badd he can't roll and self around because the keeps hitting his hand on the wheels he cannot eat he cannot drink he has a baby he can't make a bottle he can't hold her I am totally crushed and devastated and so saddened I had to feed him for the 1st time last week hes embarrassed he feels emasculated and hes depressed where he would rather be with his sister who passed away 10 years ago then live like this for another year let alone 2 or 20 Financially we don't have the means and I'm sorry to say that happiness doesn't buy happiness but it sure may help find some way to have some kind of quality of life I'm so depressed and feel so helpless as a mother As I was bringing him to the emergency Room and he was trying to walk out to the car I thought he was going to fall hes just tremor in all throughout his body is there anybody else out here that has these type of symptoms they think it's MS but they're giving him parkinson's medicine and nothing is working
I'm very sorry, I really hope you guys find a solution, always try to get several possible diagnoses / second opinions
I've had Essential tremors for pretty well most of my life, ever since I started having different type of seizures ever since I was 11 months old( I'm 16 now) for my family it's hard to find cheap ways to get things done, and I'm supposed to get my foot surgery done when I can. It's just a whole mess a junk.

I can say hes gotten worse sins e this writing .hes in the Hospital now as we speak and then having to rehabilitation hes wearing a year and all his leg and they took him off the khepra because its couldn't feel his legs they say it's MS now but I don't think they really have a clue what's going on for through the people out there who take their health for granted anything can happen To you or your loved ones so take the simplest things for granted being able to put a drink to your lips or your baby's face to your lips

Rattle snake chick - research deep brain stimulation and focused ultrasound for essential tremors. These are fairly new types of treatments. Both have had very good results. My 2brothers both have had good results from DBS but focused ultrasound would be my choice since it doesn’t require surgery.
