How do you get the roller rack to move back freely as a new tier is loaded up? I can’t figure mine out. I have to manually move mine back every new tier? Also I bust bales when it picks them up. Just one side of the string. Any ideas?

its probably something to do with the hydraulics for the thing not moving, as for the bales there could be a piece of metal cutting the strings.
