- One of our most frequently asked questions is... What do I do if I don't have a sled? Well, here's what we'd do.
#1 Make a Sled
Attach some straps to a tire
Load up some weight
Drag/push it across your driveway
#2 Towel Push
Throw a towel on a hard floor
Put your hands on it and push
No pulling, just always push
Put a plate on the towel for more resistance
#3 Dead Tread
Push on an incline or flat treadmill when it's off
Beware: some gym owners might get mad
Turn around and walk backwards for "Pulling"
15 sec here = 10 yds
#4 Machine Sub
Use a stairclimber or versaclimber
Stay at 80 steps/min at minimum
15 sec here = 10 yds
#5 Kettlebell Sub
Do 10 High Pull Squats
Then do 30 sec Wall Sit
1 Round - 20 yds
