scoobydewbiedoo Really though, RZA was fucking ridiculous. His intelligence exceeds description. His verse in "Wu-Gambinos" still inspires me and always will. I'm glad to see that you've developed your own perspective on your choosing and don't follow what other people say. That shows character. You've shown me that you respect true hip hop and I call you a brother based on the fact.
Meth, first album was successful his second wasn't. Meth does better on features or group albums. ODB and GhostFace, had more solo albums than Meth that did well. Raekwon is my favorite out the crew and even he has a nice run of albums, although it took him a long time to come with the cuban links 2.
When the first album came out, you heard it playing in allnthe clubs, out if evert car. People grabbed the 2nd album based off the first but was not happy with it..Even in this video with 50 cent, 50 is quoting lyrics from the first album..
that come do me track wuz some fly ass shit. think about about it, those were the times (1990). Rappers had that free flowing party shit like that back then all the time. Examples include heavy d, masta ace, and many others
This is why Wu-tang is the GOAT. If you ask people to list their favorite member you can get 9, even 10 different answers and the argument for each different answer is valid.
50 Cent is an artist who bases his style and lyrics off anger and aggression. He wouldn't understand lyricism, he wouldn't understand technical rapping skill. Saying GZA is weak speaks for itself.

Where I'm from, if you still fuxk with someone after they've given you the cold shoulder, you a nerd, but, hey, what do I know? Nas had Fif on his tour back in the '90s. Later on, Fif did a record with J Lo. He got shot. Irv Gotti & Murder Inc conspired to get him off the record & Nas stepped in. Fif felt disrespect, especially, after they've built up a rapport. Let's not forget, Fif was up and coming. Nas was already well-known. Fif needed that record way more than Nas did. In any case, Fif always paid tribute to Nas' first album. Saying that album was HOT.

I notice 50 is reluctant to touch on the Ghostface beef. You can tell something happened because he didn't go at Gza, and didn't bring up the Ghost beef in the same manner that he gets at Game, Ja-Rule, and the rest of them.
the first verse he recited from meth was the end of biggies verse on the what that went between meth and biggie, but the last line was all biggiethe purple tape was raekwon's ob4cl. clyde smith was on ghostfaces supreme clientele. cmon 50 i hope you were just too faded to remember shit in this interview cause it looks like you don't even have the low down to even think about dissing wu
bruh i was shaking my head the whole interview.. he doesn't have a single clue what hes talking about lmaoo
Meth was the easiest to commercialize. Deck was the best MC, Rae had the best flow.
Lool the bars he spit at the beginning was half biggie half method man. I cant decide between Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Method Man, GZA, Inspectah Deck who I like more.
50 always makes his first statement like he's about to start crying "method man was always my favorite" and i'm so serious that i'm going to cry now
Sorry 50, but meth is like 5th in Wu tang.
Raekwon made the Purple Tape, 50!
GZA buried you and the whole unit...
Marlo Stanfield ha ha you dreamin’ 😂
Paper plate had more lyrics than fifties whole career....
As Genius himself said, the nigga don't got no lyrics.
50 is still here tho where your man GZA in 2020 bitch ass nigga
@@danielowen440 here go with the money agrument again listen Wu Tang Clan is God tier in hip hop it don't matter how popular he is he's not touch them.
50 cent “I didn’t really like liquid swords” lol. Never a great artist but a great hustler
This just shows how ignorant 50 Cent is towards Hip-Hop culture when he can't get Method Man lyrics or the artist of The Purple Tape correct.....smh
One of the top 10 best artist ignorant lol
man you can say whatever but i always liked 50 more then any wu tang clan member and i listen to wu tang 10 years before i ever heard of 50...
if u see just their written words the gza is better if u want the best vocal meth is the best if u want the best package (streetwise) ghost would sell more in the street , if u want the most pop/ mainstream ( story ,personality etc ) meth and rza
if u wanted backpack (hippity hop ) rap raekwon is the one
most talented overall rza /odb
The Purple Tape was Reakwon not Ghost 50 is a real cancer 😅
The first lyric he said to reference Meth was a Biggie verse lol...
I know this bruh, but it is actually apart of the Biggie Verse
He also thought GZA did the Clyde Smith skit (it was Raekwon on GFK's Supreme Clientele album). And then he said Ghost did the purple tape (it was Raekwon.) 50 sounds dumb in this video clip.
@@HelpMeFindTheseSongs
He chose his words carefully.
50. Respectable opinion. I luv it when Curtis shows his intelligence. play on playa.
prettu sure 50cent just quoted a biggie lyric off the what. thinking it was method man. pft
+Matt Man well said, lol. wu tang clan ain't nothing to fuck with..... he obviously didn't listen to that song ;) lol
+scoobydewbiedoo Wu-Tang forever. One bar from any wu-tang song trumps 50's whole career lol I love seeing the shitheads that comment on these videos saying that Meth is the best in the Wu though. They've only heard one song from Wu-Tang and that's "Method Man". I love Meth to death, but the brotha couldn't hold a candle to the other members of his clan.
+Matt Man rza is my favorite member. inspectah deck and gza are also my faves
+Matt Man but all members are sick
scoobydewbiedoo Really though, RZA was fucking ridiculous. His intelligence exceeds description. His verse in "Wu-Gambinos" still inspires me and always will. I'm glad to see that you've developed your own perspective on your choosing and don't follow what other people say. That shows character. You've shown me that you respect true hip hop and I call you a brother based on the fact.
Bells of war- Wu Tang
Outro: Master Killah “Their poisoned minds can’t comprehend this shit”
Meth, first album was successful his second wasn't. Meth does better on features or group albums. ODB and GhostFace, had more solo albums than Meth that did well. Raekwon is my favorite out the crew and even he has a nice run of albums, although it took him a long time to come with the cuban links 2.
His 2nd album sold more copies then his 1st. What's your definition of successful?
When the first album came out, you heard it playing in allnthe clubs, out if evert car. People grabbed the 2nd album based off the first but was not happy with it..Even in this video with 50 cent, 50 is quoting lyrics from the first album..
i respect 50 for this one. He's talking like a true hip hop fan.
He's far from a Hip-Hop fan if he says GZA is stupid.
Gza, Rza, Raekwon, and Ghostface are considered the best from Wu, Meth good too but not the best. Everyone from Wu good thou
The homie hates on the Genius haaa! - The Gza would cut 50 in half on the mic & for that matter any of the Wu would!
He did already
even U God would kill 50 cent lyrically
***** of course, 50 is only mediocre
C4M. MCD. And not to mention GZA/Genius ethered in da club beat off of rap city
that come do me track wuz some fly ass shit. think about about it, those were the times (1990). Rappers had that free flowing party shit like that back then all the time. Examples include heavy d, masta ace, and many others
Tony Starks and Rae, hands down, then Meth, Dirt,Rza & Gza U God Masta killa then UGod(then Cap)
This is why Wu-tang is the GOAT. If you ask people to list their favorite member you can get 9, even 10 different answers and the argument for each different answer is valid.
I can't deny that Meth is probably the most Popular Wu member.
50 Cent is an artist who bases his style and lyrics off anger and aggression. He wouldn't understand lyricism, he wouldn't understand technical rapping skill. Saying GZA is weak speaks for itself.
idk why u guys think so negatively hes paying his respects
good to see dudes like fif and jigga pay homage to mef
Tical was legit the only good album from Meth
Agreed. As dope as meth is all his best stuff came on wu albums, clan member albums, soundtracks and collabs. His actual albums outside of tical were not great.
Disagree Judgment day w is a classic al the way around
Nah, Judgement Day is a BANGER too. Solid album.
All of Clan are legends in my book! (Including affily's like Red and La The Darkman) but yeah R.I.P. ODB aka Dirty Osirus! Btw is that Papoose on your Profile pic?
Muvaphukin Master Killa.....
The guy next to him is thinkin 50 doesn't know his hip hop
Method one of the worst, I love wu number 1) gza or inspectadeck!!!
+Joseph Brillinger Meth is nowhere near the worst. He has one of the best flows and arguably has the most charisma out of all the members.
I Agree with everything that 50 said, Meth is by far the best in Wu-Tang.. His shit is Crazzy
Ghostface is the best of the group
GZA is better, Liquid Swords best album solo of Wu.
@@shawlinstyle that is literally the only good album he has... Ghostface has supreme clientele Ironman Bulletproof Wallets Fishscale.. Ghost face over GZA for me far as the best WU Solo Album that shit is subjective not factual
LOL. I love how cats that was in the streets in the 90s still don't refer to it as the Cuban Linx album, everybody still call it 'the purple tape' like that was the actual title.
haha he's hurt...hes a crybaby...see how he contradicts himself about the gza hes just hurt that he got called out by some one he used to love as a kid
exactly! lol he reacts the EXACT same way whenever he brings up Nas. He mentions Nas in EVERY interview he has. He tries to front like he "used" to like Nas but deep down you can still tell he is a fan. He just feels generally hurt. This seems to be a trend of his....
Saying that album was HOT.
the same way gza murdered 50 cent in da club hit single beat
i love Gza's work, but that comment "it was so amart that it was stupid" that was funny as fuck hahahaha
Inspectah Deck is my favorite. I have dreams to be a successful rapper and do cold blooded lyricism and be famous for which Deck would've done.
MEF was Clyde Smith on that outro on Supreme Clientle.
I thought that was Raekwon
50% Agree here...... Rebel INS has come a long way with his lyrics man, i truly think that (at the moment - Dec 2012) Inspectah Deck is the only one from the Wu that can hold it up with Meth when in the Zone..... i still got mad love for ALL the Wu..... but these two can get it goin off at the drop of a hat! :D Peace
The number one spot is interchangeable when it comes to Wu-Tang.
Shit crazy cause method man on Power now
ODB was dope as hell too
I agree with 50. Purple tape was no joke
50 speakin the truth ! GGGG-UNIT !
How can you call your self a hip-hop artist and not like liquid swords!
1- Gza
2- Ghostface
3- Raewon
Gza is so overlooked
true, but you can't deny that meth's delivery is wild
