I remember having a party in my garage in the Bronx and I was DJing, but I took a break and my friend rest in peace 6 foot six started DJing and he put this song on and he dedicated to me and I just remember everyone dancing having a really good time. The police came a few times because the party was pumping and back, then we could care less if we were bothering our neighbors not like today. We would never do nothing like that. It’s crazy to think growing up in the Bronx. We were just play stick ball off of somebody’s porch or use somebody’s garage door as home plate as you would never do that today we broke a few windows playing baseball and no one really ever seem to complain, but if somebody was playing baseball towards my house today, it would seem crazy. This video brought so much comfort to me that I actually saved it in my RUclips library when this album came out, it was probably the last year or so that I lived in the Bronx. Everyone who lived in the Bronx with me my grandparents my mom are all gone. I only have my dad left.
