Well, been waiting since 2015 to see them again in Ireland, bringing my grandson who just turned 18 to the 27th September concert in Dublin,Arch Enemy and Behemoth, gonna be memorable.

In my opinion, while the song is not grandiose, the chorus melody is one of their most solid in the pat 20+ years. overall, I would say it's their best song in many years. It's simple and to the point, but it gives their fans the atmosphere they love and doesn't get lost in length. To me "polish" and safety in their sound (since Angela) takes a bit from the "death" in Melodeath. It's like a love bite, instead of a bite that rips your face off. But this is the sound/magic of Arch Enemy and it brings joy to probably millions.
Exactly - this riff sounds like In Flames straight out of the Whoracle album, and I don't blame them at all :) I like both bands, but Arch Enemy is one of a kind, respect
Oh Alissa.... And you're quite right - the guys really, really are at the top of their game. A newb like me has yet to find fault with anything that Arch Enemy does at the moment. For those that like to compare the current AE with Angela AE, just don't. They have evolved past that. Angela was awesome (from what I have seen) and downright scary at times, but like all things, times change. This is AE now, and it's a good place to be. End of... *mic drop*
