Is the “congratulations….” Comments/reply someone that has hacked you? Or is it legit?
@@AngieWilliamsDesigns You mean the comments coming from the username "Text(insert phone number here)", those are definitely not me 😂
I think I just deleted them all, but what's funny is your comment got caught in the spam filter and none of those did haha.
@@JackmanWorks That’s funny. Of course mine goes to spam. LOL
I feel like we've gone back to some of your previous videos where you really got in to the music/videography syncups with cuts and sounds matching with the music. I love woodworking, and the time/effort you put in to the video is just a cherry on top and what made me subscribe when I first found you. Man, good stuff :)
Glad you really enjoyed this one! I'm always trying to one-up myself with every video edit.
Hey dude thanks for giving a shit about the edit and quality. I appreciate u 😘
I can't promise much, but I can promise to always give a shit :)
2:30 - 2:40 … that’s why I watch YT! (insert Homer ‘doah!’)
You can always tell the quality of the worker by the stuff he builds.
Just think, if you visited Pask down in Australia you'd have to put the wheels on the top, the back angle the other way, and probably have to include a recess for a propeller to swing through. Not to mention assembling the whole thing while standing upside down...
Wow, your post-video production has got to be crazy! Great stuff...😎🤠
Someone recommended this video of your cabinet in the comments on an AndyBirdBuilds so I wanted to see for myself. You, sir, are a goofball in the most fun way ever! I love getting to learn with a smile on my face! I couldn't subscribe fast enough!!
I've missed seeing your content. I actually thought you'd left youtube. I've actually gotten several products based on your recommendations. I have the isotunes link 2.0 which I love. Gotten a bunch of stuff from total boat and rockler. You also helped me choosing products for the bed wood on Edna. Glad to see you're still here
It’s unique and cool just like you. I like it a lot.
Nice! Really enjoyed the music on this video. Great custom plans for the build. All the best. Peace and Good Fortune and Good Health to you and your family.
Well done! Great craftsmanship!
Yahoo Jackman is back.....again 😣🤪. Good to see your still here dude!!! As always buddy 💯% 👍 🇬🇧.
haha and I'll be back again next week! That makes month of weekly videos, but don't get used to it ;)
your editing is always so good
Thank you so much!!
Jackman has a bad idea? Sounds like a good idea to me!
Very clever use of space!
Nice design and use of space.
Nice work! Really functional.
Fantastic! The Idea, the Execution and the Video editing! 👌👌👏👏👏👏🤗
Thank you very much!
I didn't understand how the design made sense until you pushed it against the wall, and then it made a lot of sense.
I don't think I'll do either version because I'm worried that the wheels aren't far enough out to balance it properly if you're doing anything serious on top of it. And for non-serious work, I've got plenty of workspace already.
But it was an interesting design!
That edit was next level
Pretty smooth space saver Brosky!
The fact that it matches up with the angle of the wall is so satisfying
I love spinning it around even when I don't need to, just because of the way it nests against the wall
Very nice video. Awesome build.
Outstanding craftsmanship.
Show off😜
Realy nice work and presentation :)
I ♥️♥️♥️ watching you build today!! Poetry set to music!!! Oh my gosh, I wish I had your workshop to play around in with wood! Oh! And just a quarter of your skills!!
10 seconds in and I was already impressed with the efficiency and use of space. Great build.
Thanks!! Trying to use every square inch of this space just like the old tiny shop
Wow, very nice editing, Paul! Cool project build, too!
Thank you kindly
Cool build!
This would be a great idea for for AFrames.
I love my Isotunes sport ADVANCE earbuds with insane battery life and dedicated buttons for pass through audio volume. These have been essential for working in construction as they provide hearing protection while also allowing me to easily hear other people.
Lol. hailcorporate
They're the best! I've grown to love the Aware technology, and those are my go-to now.
Awesome music to accompany the recap of the build.
Brilliant!
I love how you cut the drawer pulls out with the CNC router. Was it hard to repeat that setup? Do you think that could be done without a CNC maybe with a miter cut and/or router?
I added blocks to the bed of the CNC to position the drawer fronts in the same location, which made that setup super easy.
Without a CNC, this would be easily achievable with a router and a couple of jigs to get the same results. I might make jigs for that for the next cabinet I build because it honestly might be quicker than the CNC.
Great video 👍 great project 🤝
Always great and entertaining, Thanks.
My pleasure!
Отличная подача материала! Спасибо за хорошее настроение!
We always enjoy seeing what your brain comes up with next to create. Well done Paul!
I have the ISOTUNES Link headphones for almost 2 years now and love them. Love this video. At first thought you were designing a panel cart from the angles. But like how table extends the whole cabinet can tuck away in angled wall. Brilliant thinking for space saving
Awesome as always. Just curious, was this before (or during) the router table/kreg jig table build? Saw you used the kreg jig the old fashioned way.
After, but that kreg jig table is in another shop, I was super bummed about that during this build, could have come in handy!
What a great build. I was curious have you thought about adding a 1/2” round stop on the other side Or a peace of wood with nice taper up. so the table top would still slide up, but never slip closed when in use.
@JackmanWorks. for real? What do I need to do?
Great work! From Russia with love!
It's always a good day when I get a Jackman video.
thx for sharing the ideas. Great project.
Thanks for watching!
Hola! 🖐This is a very unique solution to a very unique situation BUT an awesome build. As you mentioned, there are steps here that can be applied to a unique build that one of us can come across. Great video editing as always, looking forward to more. Any colab projects in the horizon, that last table was pretty cool. Take care and have a good one, Adios!👊
Hoping to knock out another collab project with Pat before the year is up if I can find the time! We have a pretty funny idea that'll be worth the wait.
@@JackmanWorks WOW! It sounds amazing already! I hope it comes together 👍
So wel thinked ! As always great video
Thank you so much 😀
that is some solid and clever design
Thanks!!
Putting T-track for clamping the sharpener is a great idea. I'm gonna 'borrow' that for interchangeable bench tools!
Do it!
quedo espectacular, saludos desde argentina🤠
Nice build and awesome video👍
Thanks 👍
Awesome vid with some banger tunes in it. Mostly just commenting because I can only thumbs up once.
Thanks for the engagement ;)
Молодец, золотые руки. Привет из России)))
Хорошая работа, классная музыка и монтаж ролика👍
Very Noice Mr Jackman
Love the clever design. This build turned out great!
Thanks a bunch!
🌟 out of ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ No pallet wood! Come on Jackman, your better than that.
I’m working on my next pallet wood project as I type this 😉
Could you share the cart you use to move the plywood to the table saw.
Would love to see it better.
Thanks for your videos.
Sure can! I think everyone should have one of those www.rockler.com/rockler-material-mate-panel-cart-and-shop-stand
Gran Maestro
Irony: Spending 8+ years making things out of free pallet wood and then when plywood costs more than my car............. BAM!
I’m hearing bass I did not know my airpods were capable of on this opening song! 😯
Dude gotz skillz...
Your custom game is on point. Sweet build for the area. How do you like that rockler sprayer?
The sprayer is great, used it on lots of projects, it's super simple and just seems to always work, which is what I like about it since I don't have to think about it much.
The as seen on tv shirt is the weird part. Lmao. Cabinets just cool
Haha it's such an obnoxious weird shirt, I love it
@@JackmanWorks as a dad. I give your dad humor an official dad card
Great piece. I love how you angled the back making that space more usable.
Thank you! 😊
You're videos are always fun to watch. You did as great job of syncing your edits to the music. Thanks again for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it
It works, it’s practical, and it fits. Win all around 👍🏽
You got that right!
Superb edit! Now that you've had this for a while (I also stalk you on IG so I know you've had this in the shop for a bit), do you find you lift the wing very often for extra bench surface or does it mostly stay folded up? Love how the shop is shaping up! Thanks for sharing!
I haven't used it much yet, but I envision it being super useful for those repetitive batch projects that I love so much.
Great use of the space. I have some ceiling walls like that in my house so this gives me a few ideas.
Very clever, drawer depths are maximized whihc will avoid a tip over as well.
Right! The geometry and physics of this thing just work so well, the angled back is what even allows the whole hinge mechanism to work
SO FRIGGIN CLEVER holy carp! That's amazing! WHY do you not have more subs I don't know?? Especially liked the grinding wheel addition. I have to live vicariously through yourself and other wood workers on here as I cannot afford a shop of my own (yet) - loving the content :)
I don't know either, but I honestly kinda like flying below the radar ;)
Great job, love the handle cutouts.
7 seconds into this video and I already know I need these plans! Damn that thing is cool and handy looking!
So handy! I've only made 1 so far, but I'm already thinking about making a couple more.
@@JackmanWorks with the way your ceiling comes to the wall, I would think that's the most efficient way to maximize the space. It's just too short to use for anything really. If you put shelves there, whatever is in the back would be lost forever. Next level problem solving Paul!
How do the drawer bottoms hold up?
Glue and staples versus rabbit.
So far, so good! Did the same drawer configuration on the router table too and haven't had any issues so far. If the drawers were larger, I might think about another method, but for 2' wide drawers it's been perfect.
That's a great design for your space, Paul. That idea of CA glue to place the drawers is brilliant. It beats double-sided tape. As an aside, I was at a bonfire and the host was burning pallets for fuel. I suggested he watch your channel. I hope it helps.
Bill
Any plans for the slide out grinding station?
Those are included as part of the cabinet plans.
Very cool design~! Great execution. Looks like something that would work for me as a sharpening station as you did. Thanks much~!
I like your videos very much. I'm thinking about buying a pocket hole jig I live in Denmark my question do you have to buy special screws to use with it
Sort of. Pocket hole screws are usually just screws with a slightly larger and flatter head on them, to provide lots of contact surface and clamping/holding pressure, but minimize the risk of splitting. In a pinch you can use regular construction screws, just be aware of the risk of splitting the wood if you tighten too much on the wedge-shaped heads.
@@ericnorman2176 thank you
What are your thoughts on drawer bottom strength? Weight limit for the drawer content?
I haven't had any issues with that drawer design yet, between the glue and the staples it seems plenty strong for drawers of that size. If the drawers were the full width, I might want to rethink that, but so far this has been solid.
Great film, so well edited. The cabinet has a ton of hidden detail. Noticed the best wood workers use lots of clamps and jigs. Better accuracy/consistency. Mahalo for sharing! : )
Its like I'm watching a slanty walled genius
Once I'm done in this shop, I won't be able to build stuff for any other shop because my brain won't work normally anymore
Man that’s pretty cool. Awesome way to maximize your space
I wanna be just like Paul when I grow up.
That's your first mistake... Paul hasn't grown up, just grown beard 🤣
@@chriswatts923 that's exactly what he meant 🤪
Paul, I always enjoy your videos, my friend. They are always knowledgeable and entertaining. Thanks for your expertise in both of them and for sharing them. Felix
On wheels and ready for you next move!
Haha, exactly, but next time I move I'm going to have to find a barn to match my cabinets.
saludos hermano desde Nicaragua
saludos!
Some models lay on the top of classic cars, others on plywood cabinets
Rad music!!
Thanks!
I like this audio
Where do buy your left handed pencils?
In Australia, you just have to turn them upside down
I wish the the video was longer
Interesting use of an otherwise odd shape.
Thanks! It's like building in an upside down boat haha
😎
Only a second in, but if there isn't a locking mechanism there needs to be, knocking the arm up will give you an unhidden mess on the shop floor.
You're right about the mess that would make! I don't anticipate need for a locking mechanism, but that should be easy enough to incorporate if I ever run into that issue.
@@JackmanWorks trust me, you'll pick something up, walk right past it, and shunt it up by accident. If only for the fact ive put it in your mind now :)
@@mechminded2207 hey, if it ever happens, it’ll only happen once before I either fix it or just light the whole cabinet on fire with the chaos that would create from dumping on the ground 😂
👍👍👍😃
Great work with the video man ! Your style makes me want to watch this even if I wouldn't be a woodworker 😅
Приятно смотреть таких мастеров. Творческих успехов вам!
I have limited space behind my tablesaw that I don't want to give up for a permanent outfeed table. I'm thinking a shorter version of this table with locking wheels might work for that purpose AND provide some additional storage.
None of this was built with pallet wood. It’s like I don’t even know you any more man. 🤣😂🤣
It kinda feels wrong honestly haha, I should have at least done pallet drawer fronts or something.
Camera by Rockler. Underpants by Rockler.
I wish, I’d be first in line!
