I still think Medieval 2 is the best game they made, the last game I felt they pull real love into was Shogun 2. My problem with these games now is everything feels floaty in battle, there's no weight to anything; Shogun2 masked it as best as it could but I don't feel like units push and crush as they used to in the old games. CA need to stop, make an engine that feels more like Rome and Medieval 2 in combat, make campaigns the journey they used to be and put real love into making it a comprehensive complete experience instead of an obvious skeleton product for DLC. People will throw good money at good products, we don't need a content mill of cheap unsatisfying total war games.
I cannot agree more... They seem really sorry, CA always come down to me with this business decision which I dont understand and always affect the main player base. It seems to me like they always try ways of implementing things to get more casual attention, like what they did with Blitz in HW2. Any, everything said, my most played games ever have come from them so I guess they have a spicy recepy to make something good. I just wish they could get rid off the unnecesarry things. Is it true they are working on Halo Wars 3? That could be amazing.

CA/TW is so boring and lackluster right now, I've almost involuntarily tuned out from TW cause I have a really hard time mustering any excitement for the series. They really need to announce Medieval 3/ Empire 2/ a WORTHY historical title.
Pharaoh is still like a 4/10. I don’t see anything that’s changed. They added bland “sea people” and said “sorry” while still feeding us shit. The refund was cool but that’s about it. The combat and animations are still the worst it’s ever been. Don’t give in to them dude. We’ve spent so much money on them in the past and this is how they thank us. By shipping out a half baked product no one asked for. CA is the new EA and they’ll meet the same fate for trying to screw over the fans. We literally pay there bills and they do this to us.

It's totally fair to feel jaded at this point, but it really does feel like they are turning a new leaf. Be skeptical, but if they are trying to right their wrongs lets give them a chance.
