Thanks Nick . I just watched the video for the first time - I am so rude - so sorry - I forgot I started asking you questions 😂 lol . I have just read some comments and it seems that there is appetite for more of these ( I am always happy to talk boat stuff) and more importantly the family Fletcher! I better go and dust it off ! Thanks again - loved chatting to you and glad that everyone enjoys the chit chat. 😊 regards James 😜
James, I think Nick was very happy to be asked questions and I think the whole conversation was brilliant. Both so obviously love boating and the video couldn't have gone better.
Felt like you were grilling Nick about which boat you needed to find to sell to him at a discount :P Great video, I greatly enjoyed listening to your stories! :)
That was a lovely chat Nick, felt like we were just sat opposite you. A great guy who knows is market and loves the business, Loved the way he turned the tables and quizzed you. His business has a big turnover but he seems really down to earth, more videos like this would be great. Many thanks Nick.
We have two people that are very experienced in boating and they sat around and shared stories and information. No matter where you live in the world, it's interesting and educational to listen to them. Great video. Two thumbs up.
A great chat with two blokes I could happily spend a couple of hours with in the pub. I would be more than happy if you did a used/new update with James 3 or 4 times a year, and a regular chat with other traders like him. Thoroughly enjoying the channel Nick, thank you.
Been watching this channel for 2 years, and love it. Only started watching James’s channel the last week or so, and literally commented on a video earlier tonight saying you two should get together! The video was 28 minutes long, I bet you were there for hours.
I had a fletcher black max 150 with matching trailer and panther graphics in black and green. Moored at Sparks marina in Hayling Island and had the best time on it, memories for life. Sold it for a Sealine Ambassador 33ft, worst decision I’ve ever made! Great interview.
2 of my favorite British Boating Boys having great Banter👍 This could be a monthly recurrence as far as I'm concerned. Between you I imagine there would be stories for years. Fabulous 👌
Really enjoyed that video, thank you. It was good to see you two together, my two most watched RUclips channels. When I saw who you were interviewing, I did expect James to make his entrance from the utility room of a Fairline 58.
I enjoyed sitting and listening to you both,I think you should both do it more often,I only live up road from his marina in essex, lovely place to have a boat
Ohhh are your going to be touring his yachts. Now that's would be exciting. Always and amazing chat with other yacht owners. Thank you both foe an interesting intenrview.
Another quick peak behind the intricately woven curtain that quite properly covers Nick Burnham. Nice chat. Shop talk is always the best way to share ALL manner of stuff.
What an interesting guy and business! Loved it! I can’t believe how busy they were over Covid. Fair play to him! Have a great weekend Nick and everyone!
In one word, BRILLIANT. In a few sentences, I didn't realise the passion I thought I was the minority as a lot of boat people are like ' my boat is more expensive' and stuff like that. I've had quite a few boats over the years, cheap but fun. I actually live on a 91 Princess Riviera 36 and have done for over 7 years. Best thing I've ever done. Live aboard and go out to sea any time I fancy. Cheers Nick, more please.
My 2 favourite YT'ers, you have to do it again, maybe do a walk round series with James at his yard/ marina. You can't get bored listening to people just talking when they have so much passion for what they love.
Both you and James have been my inspiration and guidance in getting into boating. Since moving to Palma last year I’ve watched your videos and now done my RYA powerboat 2, joined Rib club to get me on the water this year and also charted James’s B4 Princess for June. The next step will be my own boat! Although I’ll need to save for the Riva I desire! Thanks to you both.
Earl’s Court boat show 1991, we only went to browse but came away having bought a Fletcher Arrowflyte 140 / 60hp Mercury Black Max package. One of our first boats and so much fun 😊
Excellent interview Nick well more of a fantastic chat. Though your channel I found James channel too he comes across as a very funny and nice person but also definitely knows his stuff. Would definitely watch more videos like this.
Really enjoyed this one Nick. I tend to forget that this was your business for many years. You could easily slip right back in. Great chat between you two. Very relaxed and natural. I was genuinely surprised that there isn’t a dealers black book. Makes what you did and he does even more incredible. I also loved the way he threw questions back at you. Nice one Nick!! Have a great weekend.
Who else could see “If you’re floating, you’re boating” coming a mile away. Great vid by the way. James’s channel is great too, he should have plugged it!
Fantastic interview Nick! I would do business with James in a second now that I've seen the man behind the business. What a great guy, He is really quite personable , and comes across as someone who loves what he does, has a passion for boating and will treat you right. Unfortunately I'm in Colorado, a little outside his market area. Once again, well done. Really enjoyed this one. Thank you. Take care.
If there was ever a video , for how to do business the right way, this video will have people beating James door down, what an absolutely fantastic guy!! I’ve watched your channel almost since the beginning, and my retirement dream is to buy something manageable for just me,or a couple of friends, I’ve had all the reviews from you, so I have an idea of what I want!! Now I’ve found a dealer that I’d be happy to buy a boat from in James!!
Everyone mentions Cannes, Nice, Monaco and St. Tropez, but rarely Port Grimaud, the best of them all. Built specifically for people with boats and neighbour to all the famous places. The Venice of France and without the vulgarity of the neighbours. Amazing base, visit the rest for fun, stay in the nicest, classiest place. Houses are sensational and nowhere near the price of the rest who are minutes away. Lovely film as per usual Nick.
I held off watching this, not sure why, probably because it wasn't a boat, what a mistake I made. A thoroughly enjoyable and informative interview. I loved it. I'm going to check out James Burke's videos and company now! Excellent!
Two of the most interesting, knowledgeable and exciting presenters in the boating world. What a delight it was watching and listening to your chat. Thank you Nick and James.
Saw this video in my YT feed and thought this should be good and it was. Nick and James always come across as such characters and both with a wealth of knowledge.
Great to see you two chatting with such enthusiasm, so naturally. My boating is limited to kayaking and the occasional short hire in the Med', but you guys (individually on your channels, and here together) enthral me 👍🏻
I have no idea why I have missed this video. Between you both I thoroughly enjoy both of your videos and I feel another catch up is due for you both. Please keep up the greatness both of you. Best videos going.
I’d definitely buy from James based on this video. He is knowledgeable and thinks of the customer. I like the fact he just wants people to get out on the water asap
Wonderful. One (of many) good things for me about yachting are the good folks you meet who have led interesting lives, are full of stories, and are willing to share them with you. James is a great example; thanks Nick for bringing him to us.
Like a lot of people it seems, I'm subbed to both your channels. Will be interesting to see if James' subscriber count increases dramatically after this. I like his vids because he's a natural and doesn't mind telling you what he doesn't like about a boat as well as the selling points. He always comes across as a straight-up guy (and natural comedian).
Great video, Nick, again! Your channel and James's are my top favourit channels. I check daily if there is a new video. And now you both chatting together. Is this the beginning of a new joined channel? 🤭 It will be a RUclips #1 hit. Knowledge, experiance, loads of good honest information, entertaining and funny. A winning combination, I would say. Sent my regards to James too. Keep up the good work/ videos Bart
That was great. More insights into the boat industry and culture... plus James was able to pull out some info out of Nick about favorite boats and marinas...stuff that wouldn't be a part of the usual walk throughs episodes.
What a great interview/chat. I really like Jame as a sales person, very honest and clear reviews. Love to see more with you and James. Keep up the good work!
@@AQUAHOLIC Absolutely. Too incredibly knowledgeable yacht owners from the industry taking about their expertise and knowledge. Fly on the wall stuff! More please....

It was a real pleasure James, always great to catch up with you! 🙂
James, I think Nick was very happy to be asked questions and I think the whole conversation was brilliant. Both so obviously love boating and the video couldn't have gone better.
We need to also see that wee boat that you kept for yourself, maybe a small tour of it!
Hi Nick and James. Fantastic video. Sell him a boat SB3. . . He does plenty of videos to help you sell. Discount Do it Do it. Thanks 😊
Felt like you were grilling Nick about which boat you needed to find to sell to him at a discount :P Great video, I greatly enjoyed listening to your stories! :)
Please have James on again. He is excellent. knowledgeable and really natural and funny. 10/10

James is such a character, really enjoyed this interview!
Been watching this channel for 2 years, and love it. Only started watching James’s channel the last week or so, and literally commented on a video earlier tonight saying you two should get together! The video was 28 minutes long, I bet you were there for hours.
Really like the 'no edit', 'two boat guys chewing the fat' approach. Shows his (and your) true enthusiasm for boating in general.
I had a fletcher black max 150 with matching trailer and panther graphics in black and green. Moored at Sparks marina in Hayling Island and had the best time on it, memories for life. Sold it for a Sealine Ambassador 33ft, worst decision I’ve ever made! Great interview.
this was great! I really enjoyed this chat you had with james, I enjoy his video's also. have a great weekend nick!
Thanks, you too!
Great video Nick, definitely think you’ve stumbled across a new series there.
Fascinating meet the owner! Greetings from Giovanni, New York City.

Nick these are so welcome to escape the bad news at present and watch something really enjoyable..many thanks ..
It's a pleasure :)
What a terrific interview with two of the most interesting and colourful characters in boating atm!
Two of the best sat down together, brilliant!
Lovely to hear two ‘blokes’ who can talk so enthusiastically and warmly about boating in such a great way. Well done both. 👍
I have been hopeing for this meeting for a long time. 2 of my favorite channels in 1 video! Thank you both for this 👍👍
Our pleasure!
I think this insight in "the business" and how James is handling things is quite fascinating.
A business that relies on mutual trust - wow.
Really enjoyed that video, thank you. It was good to see you two together, my two most watched RUclips channels. When I saw who you were interviewing, I did expect James to make his entrance from the utility room of a Fairline 58.
What a great interview, i watch both of your channels, Nick you do the best tours, but James is easily the funniest.
He sure is! 😄
@@AQUAHOLIC That was a good one today, more of the same please.

Another quick peak behind the intricately woven curtain that quite properly covers Nick Burnham. Nice chat. Shop talk is always the best way to share ALL manner of stuff.
More please, really good. Very much enjoyed it and such a good discussion.
That was lovely. I can't sit and chat with my mates about boats down the pub, so watching chats like this are brilliant.
What an interesting guy and business! Loved it! I can’t believe how busy they were over Covid. Fair play to him! Have a great weekend Nick and everyone!
Boat sales went mad over Covid!
The best crossover I have ever seen!!, my two favourites boat channels
