And in case you're wondering why we sometimes spell it 'yogurt' and other times 'yoghurt' in this video, it's because we live in the UK and the English spelling is 'yoghurt' as opposed to the Amerikan spelling 'yogurt'. However. Marks & Spencer has spelt it 'yogurt' in its pots.

Seems Ok....I like Co-op Greek yoghurt as a easy to get option. I'm still taken with Fage 5% Greek yoghurt....Make tzatziki as a go-to for most of the time.
    Cheers

Hi Tony. Will have to find a Co-op and try its Greek yoghurt. I'm getting annoyed that in the UK it's become very difficult to find a full fat yoghurt. Low fat ones contain high amounts of sugar or sweeteners which defines the object of being healthy.

@@Greekosophy I agree! I'd rather have proper full fat and manage amount of consumption. The 'lower fat/healthy options' often disappoint - why eat them?!
Best wishes to you and your family.
