Vegetable fat (cottonseed, palm)
Wafer (ground) 25% (wheat flour, vegetable fat, sugar, soya lecithin, sodium bicarbonate)
Cocoa powder (10%-12% fat) 6%
Milk chocolate 3% (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, cocoa mass, soya lecithin, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, citric acid
Flavouring: vanillin

Fat: 37g of which saturated is 13.8g
Carbohydrates: 58.1g of which sugar is 39.8g

Hi Stam , could this chocolate spread be used in the making and filling and decorating of different sponge cakes ?
Also , i am wandering if you can use them inthe filling of puff pastry products as well .
Is thud chocolate spread priduct from Crete or Greee ?

Hi Fiona. Its use is the same as with Nutella really. So, while it is not normally used as a cooking chocolate (for cakes, icing, etc) nothing stops you from trying it! It's a Greek product, so you find it all around Greece, not just Crete.
