O tinte en polvo seco. Necesitamos un tinte que se pueda agregar una gota, la cantidad mínima, para no violar las propiedades y la estructura de la silicona.

A problem with coating tools is that the silicone will be slippery.
Another problem is if the silicone is an acetoxy cure, (smells like vinegar, most silicone caulking/ building sealant, but not for Ca carbonate products), it adheres well and most are stronger than alkoxy, (think window glazing/ sealant), and oxime, (think some FIP gasketing, horrible for adherence) curing silicones, but it may cause corrosion. A one part/ moisture curing urethane may be preferable.
Dissolving an acetoxy curing silicone in 1,1,1-trichlorotane is best wit the appropriate safeguards. Higher concentrations of silicone gives thicker coatings. Want a thicker coating? Redip a partially dried/ cured item. Heaters are allowed to accelerate the process.
Thinned coatings of alkoxy or oxime catalyzed silicones can be used to coat/ encapsulate electronic circuits. Be aware of any heat dissipation requirements.
Fish eye remover for paint is usually a few grams, (large drops), of 300 cS silicone oil.
Needing a bacteria/ virus/ mold resistant surface? Dip or paint the desired item/ surface with an uncured, thinned acetoxy catalyzed silicone solution, allow it to partially dry and cure, then dip or spray a fairly concentrated quaternary ammonium disinfectant solution over the surface and then allow to continue to dry. Some of the ammonia moeities will bond with sites on the surface of the silicone and be immobilized, but bio active.and resistant to many washings.

Upravo sam pomiješao prozirni silikon i white spirit. White spirit je otapalo na bazi rafiniranog benzina. Možete pokušati pomiješati obični benzin s prozirnim silikonom.

I use silicone to glue in the handles of garden tools and shovels that are loose and often only secured with a screw or a nail in the original.

It depends a lot what kind of solvent you would use. I used "white spirit" solvent which is made on the ground of petrol. So, this mixture would not harm the tires. You can also use ordinary petrol to mix with silicone for these purposes.

Thanks for commenting! Yes, it can be, if the silicone tips are long, but this problem can be easily solved by cutting the tips to the minimum admissible length. What is good about this method is that they are very soft and you can give any form to them when filling the moulds. They still work since several months from shooting this video and the silicone does not seem to destroy.

the door to my freezer had a ring gasket that gave out....I squeezed a line of slicone around the hinge and when It dried I had a new gasket/O ring that lasted for years.

For the tripod, I would sincerely buy 3 rubber stops, probably easier and cheaper.

They make hard rubber hammers both regular and dead blow ones for not a lot of money.

But I'm not sure if it's a good idea to have spirits (the solvent you used) contact the rubber of the tire! It might become porous.
Thank you for your comment. I was checking this issue and I did not find any info that white spirit can damage rubber. This solvent is made on the ground of petrol, so I don't know how petrol can damage tyre.
The silicone / white spirit solution can be used to waterproof shoes and textiles.

For textiles like tents- Decent. For total waterproofing, not bad but everyday moisture vapor permeability is quite low. Spray 100% silicone lubricant may be better because moisture vapor permeability is higher.

Hola, lo del tripode que no es buena idea...quizas si pierdes una de sus tapas, pero es mejor solucion comprar una alfombrilla de goma ..esas que son antideslisantes..con eso no se te movera facilmente y si lo hacer no rallara el piso.

@somaday2595 reduces shine and seems to get more dirt and hard to get a good texture.

Add a few drops of fish eye remover, which is typically 300 cSt silicone oil, to the paint. (This may not work on water-based paints.) Many waxes are formulated with silicones, so think, like dissolves like.

That's pretty stupid. If your tape isn't even the thing won't sit level, and you can go to the dollar store to get rubber covers of all kinds of different styles and colors that just slide right over the legs. Worst case scenario you can always use tennis balls. Considering tubes of calking can be pretty expensive, I think this is an example of what not to do.
