Is it possible to beat TWO Hardcore Nuzlockes if I'm playing them at the same time? I paired a game of Pokemon FireRed and a game of Pokemon LeafGreen to one controller, so I'm playing both games simultaneously. Let's see if I can beat both games with Hardcore Nuzlocke rules!

The Hardcore Nuzlocke rules for this challenge:
1. I can only catch the first Pokemon I find in each area.
1b. Duplicates Clause - I cannot catch a Pokemon I already have.
1c. This applies across games, so I cannot catch a Pokemon the other game already has.
1d. Pokemon caught in the same area become linked.
1e. If I have a static encounter, I cannot pick the same Pokemon unless I have no other choice.
2. If a Pokemon faints, it must be boxed for the rest of the run.
2b. If a Pokemon faints, it's linked counterpart must also be benched for the run.
3. For Gym Battles, must be at the highest Pokemon's level cap at the start of the fight. For the Elite Four, must use Lance's Dragonite level as the cap.
4. No items in battle.
5. Play on Set Mode.
6. No Legendaries.
7. All actions in battle must be the same across games, including:
- Which Pokemon I send out first
- Which move slot I select on the FIGHT screen. Must wait until the other game is caught up before performing another action.
- Switching Pokemon must be done at the same time, and to the same Pokemon
- All Pokemon must hold the same items as their linked counterpart.

I mess around with the japeal fusion generator all the time. My personal faves are regice and furret making "regret" and avalugg and lopunny, which i think looks funny. Its called "avaunny"
Before I started the video I thought this was going to be a two games one controller run, which is fun don’t get me wrong, but I was happy when I started the video because this is a clever and cool idea for a run.

I’m confused what happens if one of his pokemon are knocked out in battle and the other survives the turn. Does he switch the survivor into the next twin and get a free attack in the other game?
he probably dysync'ed actions and let the other pokemon die by wasting a turn through throwing a pokeball or something
My favorite fusion was Farfetch'd and Haunter. On the pokemon fusion site it was literally "Farter" and looked ridiculous.
I want to see this in ORAS and SwSh for more version-exclusive boss battles.

Im doing a similar nuzlocke rn but its randomized. Its pretty fun, id like to see you try that.
Im also restricting two pokemon that have the same primary type on my team(s) which adds makes team building much more complicated.

it’s funny how in 23:00 blue’s venusaur actually knows sunny day, so he could’ve used that to both weaken your water type moves *and* get solar beam off in one turn, i can’t think of a reason why he didn’t do that? maybe he really is just a dumbass lmao

Grinding your entire party to the level of the next Gym Leader's ace makes these games way too easy, even for challenge runs
Why did you bring the fire type to the e 4? it basically does nothing in gen 1. like you can use it against agatha, but it's just neutral. normally you don't want to bring one pokemon just to counter one pokemon in the champion's team. like you should just have a flying type to beat the grass pokemon since it can also be used against bruno and is a normal type against agatha.
