I live in the US and I stumbled upon this show when I was like 14. This shit was hilarious. Wish more Americans knew about it, really thought it was genius
Finally could I know what she's saying right there, thanks! Could you do a kind favour and type down what her next line is? Her accent is quite thick and quite hard to decipher
She actually makes a really good point. I just did some DIY plumbing myself and I have no doubt it would have been easier as a dwarf. A dwarf really should be a superior plumber.
Only just watched this and as all of your previous comments mention that trip is 100% comedy at its finest, i could not stop laughing for ages, absolutely brilliant, what talented, awesome guy Warwick is, love to meet him in person for a drink and a laugh 👍👍
This is not that far fetched. There are actually people like that girl out there in real life. Love the way she just says "I was wondering why you were dumping that one" after 20 minutes of helping him move the machine and throw it down a hill. And how Warwick storms away with his arms in the air. That has been me in the past (minus the short legs).
That’s like my gf. One time I closed our hatchback after snowboarding and after driving down the road I noticed it was wide open and my boots had fallen out and she was like, “I told you you didn’t close the trunk all the way.” But I didn’t hear here and she obviously noticed I didn’t get out and secure the trunk. I was like WTF! Lol crazy girl.
Yep, once had a friend in the back seat on a drive down through Europe. Pulled over at a petrol station and said “I think I’ve just gone through a speed camera but they look different over here” and he said oh yeah you’ve gone through loads of them.
There are indeed people like this but what's more far fetched is why you'd keep employing someone like that as your assistant/secretary when they are clearly dumb and useless, and in fact more a hindrance than a help.
@@joewhite22 the joke when warwick gave her the job was nobody else applied for the job so she got it and keeps it by default. of course in real life even the simplest of jobs will have tons of applicants as the job market is a 'sellers market' with more people looking for jobs than there are available. but you know its a comedy show so some liberties are taken.
@Peter T A periscope is just mirrors, it changes the directions but it doesn't make you closer. You'd still be looking at the peephole from 2ft away and you wouldn't see anything through it. Unless you put the periscope lens at the bottom of the periscope and a full size window at the top.

Such a brilliant scene. I feel like the entire thing was built around the visual joke of him just having a super small washing machine, which is never even referenced. Love it.
Ricky Gervais was invited into his house one day and just started laughing hysterically remarking how its like a fairy tale world... lol and asked him if he could make a tv show about his life lol
Gotta love Warwick's door mounted stairs. The way he nonchalantly just stands there as the door swings shut then tells off the delivery guys. Talk about making an entrance.
Liam Neeson, the acting show reel, the Helena Bon-ham Carter scene, the disabled school bully and anything involving the accountant. Really, it had way more better moments than Derek
I’m just starting to see these clips and starting the series soon ❤ but this guy is a great character actor and he does his own stunts . He’s brilliant !
After working as a delivery driver i can understand where the guys were coming from, i quickly learnt that no matter how much someone begs for help, don't, you scuff a wall you get sued, you scratch the floor you get sued and anything not covered under your companies insurance is bad news for the driver.
@@derek-press I got sued 3 times delivering to houses for a pallet delivery company, we were only supposed to deliver to the door but being a helpful sort of person i would give people a hand inside with anything heavy, last time i got sued was a table football game after a guy begged me to help get it through the front door, after i left he claimed i gouged his door and claimed for a new one, and of course he won. After that i just said no.
Many years ago I worked for NTL.A customer asked me not to clip cable on skirting board.I left her some clips and got her to sign the paperwork stating exactly what had been done.A couple of days later I was asked by my manager(a twat who sucked his thumb🤣) why I didn't clip cable.I explained but was still 'fined' for not doing it.

That was so so funny. Warwick is a giant of a man.
He played a little bear in Star Wars, he keeps going like he's a proper actor
Delivery man “read the small print mate..” 😂
This was a great show. So funny
That trip at the end is comedy gold, tears streaming down my face 1st time I saw it, still hilarious
That definitely looks like an unscripted fall they left in 😭😭😭
Best bit, I can imagine Ricky laughing
I read this comment before watching the video so I knew the trip was coming, but I *still* cried laughing when it happened.

Little arms and legs all over the place 🤣🤣🤣🤣
"Are they bringing their laundry" - 😂 😃 😄
It’s the steps and the peep hole for me it’s killed me 😂
That has got to be one of the funniest things I have ever seen, and genuinely made me laugh out loud, her deadpan delivery is amazing.
The look on her face when he starts lifting the new washing machine is brill
Tall or short we can all relate to scene where Warwick throws his hands up and goes "FFFFUUUUUCK!"

This has me in stitches every time i watch it. pure comedy gold!
Warwick aced that door scene.. funny as hell , his timing is perfect.
When Warwick tripped the first time, I could hear Ricky Gervas laughing in my head and then I started laughing. 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Warwick is funny
That unintentional tripping over the hand truck at the end was the icing on the cake.

Warwick is one of the most underrated physical comedic actors. Up there with John Cleese.
