Doesn't matter how sober you are, when you lose everything and your by yourself as a female, uou don't sleep. You give in to drugs so you can eather check out and submit or fight.
I was in Boulder Colorado homeless. Waiting for a trusted friend to camp with and they stood me up. A group of strangers invited me to camp with them. I felt safe because it was a group. I was wrong.
I didn't realize a preditor with them insteucted them to leave silently. I relized they were gone and I barricaded myself. I wlept with a knife.
Next morning, he stole everything I owned. He would stalk me and get ahead of where I was walking and place one of my belongings in front of me. Once I would get angry, he'd be in front of me. I'd flip out and flget removed from places that feed the homeless or showers. I ended up in jail once. He pulled knives on me and his friend would say -just have sex with him.
Once I was atrested and realized the shelter people, police, nobody would help. I tookit into my own hands.
I wasnt allowed at the feeds because of him. But I waited outside of one that I knew he would be at I let him know that I get it, nobody cares about me but they cared about him so I gave up. I still wouldn't submit to him butIm pretty sure I saw his name as an obsconder from Oklahoma who raped 6 9 year olds. He senied this profusely. I said Ya, between u and me, its a lie. I put a flyer in front of him and told him to enjoy his meal because one of the flyers would be on every pole when he walks out. Or, be could walk in, bring his plate to me, and go get belongings. My stuff was returned in 30 mins. and I was fed.
Million more stories that Ive experienced.

I'm in New Port Richey Florida. I feed the homeless. I own land I sometimes take them on to camp on my place. Biggest problem is most all are on meth. If they aren't mentally crazy before meth they are after it. I fear stealing from me, attacking me,all parts of doing meth,or fentinal, horse trank. Or all 3. I donated half my real estate to registered charity to try and get portallets, water, for camps here but the city doesn't want us helping the homeless. They want the homeless to dissappear. I heard the city would get me for misuse of the property if I place campers on property I own! The fight goes on in the name of Jesus Christ!

Addiction is stronger than most people ever can imagine. Fentanyl is a mental and physical addiction of the highest order meth is mainly a mental addiction of the highest order. I was able to overcome 20 years of heroin addiction with the help of my family because I never gave up on myself and always was trying to get off and they never gave up on me. The sad thing is is that she has family now that can help her but they might not want to help her later on or they're going to die and then when she truly wants help she's not going to have anybody to help her. I am no better than anybody else but I am very fortunate to get clean I'm still in my young 40s and have a life ahead of me long life and have so much more now that I'm clean. I only work part-time but I can afford all my bills I have my car paid off its 20 years old but it runs great I'm a part house owner with a relative that's 82 and I'm in their will and trust and they're leaving their house to myself and my brother when they pass away as their 82 and hopefully they live a long time but it is something they have done for me because of what I've shown what I want to do for my life and how much I fought for my life and I appreciate them immensely I am not counting on that but I seriously really appreciate that. Remember she doesn't want help. She just wants to continue doing drugs. It's unfortunate if you're a family member who loves her but it's her choice. God bless 🙏

With as rich as Sarasota county is, there's got to be more they can do to help the homeless get off the streets. If I could, I'd open a NQA (No Questions Asked) homeless shelter. This may sound weird, but the rooms would be modeled after the assisted living facility my grandma stayed in before she was forced to go to a nursing home. There'd be a twin bed, a kitchenette (fridge, sink, counterspace, but no stove, and a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower, plus a small closet. I'd love to open a place like that.

I was fortunate , when my husband left me for 16 year old porn stars I could have ended up homeless but he made moves that made it accidentally possible to keep my house . But I had to choose to forfeit alimony to keep my house. He took all the money. My house was paid for because he thought we would have to sell. Well, I refused to sell and I got to keep my home, my van, and had to start over saving money for taxes, insurance, home insurance, car insurance food . I got a food card finally so I bought veggies, beans, meat and I canned my food up a dehydrated food. I’m ok but it takes extreme budgeting. I would give to this lady if I knew how to get to her. I’m in Fla also.

They get evicted because when they go to renew their leases, the rent goes up HUNDREDS of dollars. It happened to us. We lived in the same rental house for 10 years. When we moved in, it was $650 a month. It did go up two times, both $50 a month so we paid $750 a month for a while. Then, after one of the owners died, her son took over and he sent us a new lease wanting $1,400 a month. He raised the rent $650 a month.😢🤯🤯 That's just crazy and greedy. The house was worth about 100k at that time. It was not worth $1,400k a month. Aggravating af. Grrrrr!

Wishing you much success for your art creations! Praying for your safety and I hope you make a plan you can take on step by step to get you where you want to be.

If everyone in Sarasota county that is working, or retired, but living in a home and comfortable, would just donate $20 to the Sarasoty County Commisioners and Mayor, to buy a plot of land, if developers dont want to donate money, they can donate builders and materials, to build a shelter for our homeless.....please. lets show the other states we have morals and a heart, we are not all about flashy expensive cars , homes and clothes, parties and yachts. What are you all afraid of? I just donated my nice new Nissan. Im retired. This is a shame to the ewealthy and rich in Sarsota. You all should be embarrassed.

I'm a retired addiction therapist disabled and live on the Treasure Coast, I helped a homeless woman and she agreed to my standards of no sex, and all she had to do was help me clean my place and she could live here for free. But after 3 weeks my neighbors told me she was going around trying to get drugs and weed from them, and she destroyed her room and I had to ask her to leave after that and she was always teasing me for sex and I refused to cooperate and reminded her it was against our agreement. I grew up on the streets and why I want to help others , but won't do it again because of what had happened with her.

Please come down to Pompano and speak with the residents here. They are struggling so much but are still such good people. After my ex was arrested for Felony DV against me at 5 months pregnant, several homeless people went to the local churches and collected food from the food banks for me knowing I was on bed rest, had no transportation and nothing to give in return. They took care of me at my hardest times. A lot of people walk by them and assume they are trash and they are just addicts but that is so far from the truth. If people could see them and see what truly special people they soon.

she reminds me of pamela anderson, very smart and well spoken. Does she have a utube channel? I wiuld def support her 😮I hope she is able to get help this is aweful for her. Most of us are one paycheck away from being in the same boat. I believe she is the face of most people living in camps outside with no homes, i refuse to believe they are all drug addicts or drunks, no way. I know because I will probably be one one day. I left an abusive marriage as an orphan with no family. My ex still engages in post separation abuse. My finances are destroyed thru it, my health is bad, Im exhausted and work two jobs with no days off.

@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS if I understand how to keep shelter over my head, i don't concern myself with homelessness. Homelessness is from not providing shelter. You need money for that. By listening to this story it doesn't add up she was in a wealthy house taking care of family that left stuff for her and all of a sudden she lost it all, strange story she's telling. she's very attractive woman, with all those tattoos she has, she's crazy and all you guys out there saying that you want to give her a place to live, your nuts she has issues because she's on the streets. Somebody as attractive as her should have had an easy life, so many men would have taken her in. When I was young and dumb I would taking her in too.

Also you get jealous co workers and bosses who will purposely screw you. Maybe she doesn't want a man to "take care of her" or she doesn't want to do sex work. Geez....
