I like how respectful Jimmy is towards the Olympian’s, even when she says it might sound cheesy (which it didn’t obviously). And rightly so.
He always plays the dick but he does know what is right and wrong and when to be respectful. And damn, major respect for the lady. Going down the slope at high speed being visually impaired. My hat off to you.

Agreed. Although technically not Olympians as there’s no O in Paralympics (and deliberately so the Paralympics was always meant to run parallel to the Olympics not part of it - hence the name)
@@Runnerboy2012 Yeah, I have to disagree here. Of course, this heavily depends on the point of view being taken but you are using a narrow definition while Brutus appears to be using a broad definition and I agree. Find below the definition of Olympian from 'Free Dictionary':

She can see -- just not very well. It's one of the common misconceptions about visual handicap -- that we can't see anything. Most "blind" people can actually see /some/. It's just "very blurry"...
I was at a seminar where we got goggles to simulate what it would be like to have 10% vision. I had a student at the time with similar visual imparement. Blew my mind how she would write and read with the same books as everyone else while seeing so little. It must have taken so much time and effort, not to mention patience. Brilliant little girl.

I remember asking her once whether it was a matter of things being blurry or things being, like, darker than a personal with full vision. She shrugged and was like, "I don't know. I don't know what it's like to have normal vision." And then just turned back to her book, lol.

Oh man, I had forgotten how horrible the Spice Girl was in this episode. Credit to Mickey and Jimmy, they tried their best to carry her, but she was determined to suck the energy out of the room.
Man I think I remember watching an episode with her in it, and she was soooo unfunny. Like not only was she not funny, she didn’t laugh or smile once at the other comedians jokes as if she was not smiling to spite them for getting laughs and she didn’t. Fuck 0/10 would not recommend watching Mel B

@@Arikayx13 I was at that taping in 2014 and can confirm. If you look at some other clips, you'll notice Richard looking more uncomfortable than usual when she talks; mostly where they cut around her bullying.

The ear bite story sounded familiar, it was covered in the US pretty widely lol. There's actually two ear biting stories, BOTH from the world cup 2014, BOTH involving Suarez.
One was a racist english fan biting another's ear off in the stands during the England v Uruguay game. The other was on a radio show taking place during the world cup, in which a caller tried to explain Suarez's biting habit, admitting that he had bitten part of someone's ear off during a past fight.
I think they can be forgiven for mixing up the stories

I remember being a kid and thinking boxing was a stupid activity not worth of being called a sport (I was a chubby nerdy girl, btw) but one day there was a big match so I decided to give it a go. It was the one where Tyson bit his opponent's ear, and he definitely proved my point. It was the first and last match I've ever seen.

It's the sports round, it makes sense for sports to be the focus. Sports are a form of entertainment first and foremost, so it's only reasonable that an event with lots of social media coverage would be considered "notable".
Zero surprises. David was funny, Ayoade wasn't. Just like any other day.
