Sir, i think in Chinnaya vs Ramaya case the daughter was supposed to give money to her mother's brother not sister and in the case of Tweddle vs Atkinson the father of the wife stopped sending money to B because both the fathers were dead... can you please recheck the cases and confirm if these facts are correct or not?
