Nahi sir ne sahi diya hai example. It depends on the situation. For example, agar contract ho rha hai kisaan ke insurance ka, and terms hai ki agar unpredictable baarish hui toh insurance money mil jayega. This is contingent. But agar aise hi bas contract kar liya ki agar baarish hui toh money mera nahi hui toh tumhara, this is betting(agreement by way of wager). Sir explained this at 8:40
Sir u said in carlil case lady iz not loosing anything that’s y it is not wagering agreement but my question is by purchasing medicines she already losed her money and if her intention iz not to gain something then y would she invest her money...plz clear this case regarding wagering agreement
