Thanks so much for putting out the video. I purchased a Costco ham and used your receipt for the glaze and the pineapple, cherries to the letter. My family really enjoyed it so much and told me the best ever ham they tasted. As a dad this is super easy for me. Looking forward to see other video's of your inspiration. Thanks again.
Marcy, your video was great and your instructions were easy to follow! I prepared a spiral cut ham exactly as you showed. It came out better than expected! I took it over to my brothers on Christmas Eve and we enjoyed it. I then took off a couple of layers and took the remaining ham to my daughters on Christmas Day! She did not know I was bringing it but I knew her boys would eat it even if not that day. Anyway she warmed it a little bit, put it out on the oven. All the work and cost, (my ham cost a lot more than $32) it was worth it watching every one grabbing parts and gulping it down. It was literally like eating “meat candy” I had a little bit of the glaze leftover, unused, we dipped the pieces of ham before eating. Thank you for helping make a special Christmas memory!
Hey there, my New Mexican friend, I can't wait to try this recipe. You have a beautiful ham, and it sounds wonderful and sweet and tangy at the same time. I'm anxious to see what recipes you have for your leftover ham.
Wrap the bird (except underneath) in thin cut bacon. Cook the same way. Make gravy from the drippings... I call that bachelor Turkey always a big hit at parties.
Adjusting to the way hams are. Now days. We always bought plain ham and used. Cloves. And. Glazed. With. Cinnamon and brown sugar. I haven’t seen a plain ham. In years.
61 degrees after 1.5 hours seems like the thermometer is broken. I"m lost. How can the ham not even be room temp after it's been in the oven that long. Great looking ham!
I was totally with you until you said garlic powder. On a ham?????Ok now I love garlic as much as the next guy but that's like adding garlic to a turkey.....................YUCK! (look's great though 10/10).
Thanks so much for watching, friends. I just want to wish you all a very Happy Easter. 🥰
I love your roasting pan. Where can I purchase mine?
I find if meats or anything directly taken out of the fridge adds another 15-20 minutes baking time..Blessed Easter to everyone 🐣
I found letting it rest on the counter 30-45 minutes before baking helps in the same way as you describe.
Are there any side dish recommendations you might have, Marcy?
Umm that looks delicious.Happy Easter my friends.

I tried this recipe and it was absolutely delicious! The process of cooking the ham made a big difference.

A suggestion. Make the sauce thicker, that way it can be added to the exterior of the ham. It will prevent "running" juices and tack onto the ham.
I agree. Cook the sauce on low till it's reduced by half. It glares beautiful!
Thank you so much, I like how you don't talk forever. Exactly what I was looking for.
Me too !!!
That’s gorgeous! Thanks for sharing something that, I forgot. It’s a classic ham that turned handsome!
❤💯

This is going to be my first Costco ham,, great explanation,,, Blessing from canada
I am from Detroit and just like Sister Aretha said on Martha Stewart show.... use Ghetto Mustard ( French's Yellow ) also we use Vernors Ginger Ale .
I’m so happy I found your channel .. Thank you 🙏
How long do you cook a three lb ham?
Hmm the only flaw I noticed is you should water-soak your toothpicks for a few minutes so they won't Char up other than that looks spectacular
actually, stab the cherries on with toothpick then lay pineapple slice over it and it stays in place
Everybody don’t like the taste or the smell of cloves! Can I use cinnamon as a substitute?
Adjusting to the way hams are. Now days. We always bought plain ham and used. Cloves. And. Glazed. With. Cinnamon and brown sugar. I haven’t seen a plain ham. In years.
Some could confirm if is the temperature is in Farenheits or Celsius?
That's not burnt, that's caramelized, we use broil for the last 5 minutes to get more of that effect. It tastes better
Supper tasty

I think wrapping it tightly in foil helps trap in the coldness from the refrigerator. But it apparently heated up at 475 degrees!
probably 61 degrees celcius which is 140 f.
need the link for the pan please
In the Caribbean we wash and boil our ham first
In America, we just wash our hands before touching our meat, and then pop it in the oven.
What if the ham is pre-glazed?
Make the same ham & double the cherries & add 8 sliced pineapples. 😋
❤❤❤❤❤
275 into low starting temp. Should be 325! I followed recipe. Ham was only 95 degrees. After following sev hr cooking time, and i had rm temp 1hr..
I thought Costco was supposed to SAVE you money. $38 for a ham???? Outrageous. I just paid $7 for the same 8 lb ham.
I also paid eight bucks at meijers
👍👍👍
that music was giving me a bad headache
...are we in an elevator/ lift?🤔
I want a sticky glaze not watery.
Then let your glaze cook down and add some cornstarch for thickness or a tip of flour
I was totally with you until you said garlic powder. On a ham?????Ok now I love garlic as much as the next guy but that's like adding garlic to a turkey.....................YUCK! (look's great though 10/10).
Yrs my mom always showed me
Precooked ham? are you kidding?
Don't put glaze put gloves too putvpinrabble juice over it and cherries juice
Good grief! How can you taste the ham? Pure sugar.
I caught diabetes just watching. But it was delicious.
Basically the glaze is on the edge of the slices as you take them off. But the sugar breaks down the meat making it more tender and juicy
I'd never buy a spiral ...
Why?
