This song is from Nightwish's most recent album, Imaginaerum, which has a really fantasmical and cool feel. And I just found out today that the DVD is now available for pre-order. I have a particular fondness for mermaids too - meaning, I love mermaids! : D

Haha its also much easier for me at least, to record "softer" songs. I have to adjust the input volume sooo freaking much when I'm recording louder songs. Its more relaxing to record these recent songs XD

Your softer songs have been turning out better than your heavy songs, I think. I don't really know how to explain it, but there seemed to be too much going on in the audio in the heavy song "Ever Dream". I think your singing in "Ever Dream" was good though. Or maybe it's just me, and the audio was fine. :P Anyway, thank you for sharing your videos! :)
