FISHING WITH THE WHEELERS

I loved every minute hanging out with Scott, Melissa and their boys. We explored spoil islands, fished up and down the Indian River and spent quality time on the beach.
Unfortunately, the Wheelers left before they could taste any of the Mangrove Snapper and Sail Catfish they caught so I smoked them today for lunch and paired them with my IOM Stout homebrew.
I named the stout after my brother who convinced a bunch of my siblings and I to meet up in Ireland just to drink a stout together. It was magical adventure I will never forget.
