    昔よく行っていた焼き肉屋で、ずり刺しを毎回頼んでいましたが、
    この動画のずり刺しは、すごく色が綺麗で驚きました。
    おそらく、滅茶苦茶おいしいでしょうし、食べてみたいと思いました!

    I came here to see what Japanese eat that I don't see in USA Japanese restaurants. I was not disappointed. they love raw animal parts more than I realized. interesting culture

      SUPER juicy and tender, never had anything like it. The health department checks these restaurants every week. Salmonella free and very very strict rules. Don't be scared to try it but the taste isnt for everyone.

    名前が情弱を騙す無菌鶏というだけで、無菌のわけないよね。
    地鶏は運動も多く餌も良いので、腸管がブロイラーに比べて破れにくいのでカンピロバクター汚染がしにくいだけのことです。

      Not in Japan. There are so many rules and they are very very strict so salmonella isnt a problem - there.

      Japan has strict control of salmonella, so you can even leave eggs in room temperature. you will be surprised that at super markets in japan, eggs are sold in a regular shelf, not refrigerated shelf.
