昔よく行っていた焼き肉屋で、ずり刺しを毎回頼んでいましたが、

SUPER juicy and tender, never had anything like it. The health department checks these restaurants every week. Salmonella free and very very strict rules. Don't be scared to try it but the taste isnt for everyone.

地鶏は運動も多く餌も良いので、腸管がブロイラーに比べて破れにくいのでカンピロバクター汚染がしにくいだけのことです。

Raw chicken meat is dangerous, the risk of salmonella is very high.
Not in Japan. There are so many rules and they are very very strict so salmonella isnt a problem - there.

Japan has strict control of salmonella, so you can even leave eggs in room temperature. you will be surprised that at super markets in japan, eggs are sold in a regular shelf, not refrigerated shelf.
