The best chance for a white Christmas in 2023 in our white Christmas outlook will be the higher elevations in the western U.S. There is a sneaky system that could bring snow to the Plains prior to Christmas. The other decent chance for a white Christmas in 2023 will be in Upstate New York, northern Maine, Northern Vermont, Northern new Hampshire.

@@just_weather I'm heading to the mountains of Japan, probably asking too much to see if you know if there will be snow there. So what happens here I don't care! Just watch it, there will be 3 metres of snow, then all melts in time for my return. But yes, let's see what happens in the second half of winter.
