Is It? Jigglypuff has really good aerial attacks, especially the back-air.
As for Ganondorf... well, jumping and aerials ain't that good against Tabuu, so that might be more accurate for the super Intense mode.
the most intense mode would be if you can beat him but with melee's kirby, only god can beat tabuu with that shit xd
Then again, Jigglypuff can die very easily, especially against bosses, and Ganondorf is too slow to keep up with Tabuu, who frequently teleports everywhere.

This is the type of boss sonic would fight in his games
And the fact that the fight makes it look like Sonic can beat Tabuu without super, is kinda showing just how underwhelming Tabuu’s power had suddenly become compared to Sonic. I mean like, wow.
Sonic's just repaying a favor. If it weren't for Mario, Sonic and video games in general wouldn't even be a thing nowadays.

As much as how in character this is for Sonic, I feel like whoever directed the story and the trailers really prefer Kirby as the golden child. Why didn’t they include Sonic and Pikachu at the same time? Heck, Sonic could’ve had enough speed to hop on the warp star whilst saving Pikachu simultaneously.
@TheRobloxianBeatSabertist I think you can pretty much explain that simply by the fact that the creator of the Super Smash Bros series, Masahiro Sakurai, is none other than the creator of the Kirby series (if you didn't know that already).

Why RUclips?
The Subspace Emissary was a great story mode to play (in my opinion), there definitely stands huge potential for something like it in future installments in the Smash Bros series (especially when Mario & Sonic are involved!).

Tabuu’s teleports are very predictable if you have a good intuition and have played this more than once
tabu is a truly amazing boss-fight! You haven't truly expirienced his fight until you beat him in extreme mode though. I did it, but it took many tries, experimenting, and my whole team. Today, you, my friend, have truly impressed me.
I really wish that you could get this version of final destination as a stage somehow. It just seems way more epic than the original.
this game made me realize on how life is trying to pull you back and hasa really cool song and ending in ssb history. This is a truly cool and great ending to a game. Also cool song.

I was a huge fan of Sonic when I had this game. I was pissed how he never showed up in the story version (Can't remember the exact name) But when I he showed up in the cinematic totally showing up Tabuu, I was more then happy to see that!

Maybe he came cause he was already investigating the whole Subspace incident and found his way there by chance.

For those who don't know, fighting Tabuu on Intense in the SSE is harder than if you were to fight him in Boss Rush.
In Intense Boss Rush, his laser cannon needs a few seconds to fire. In Intense SSE, it fires instantly.
Beating this adventure mode, alone, on intense difficulty, 100% complete, with every single boss trophy was probably the most challenging trial I had to go through...
Only a truly EPIC Smasher could taunt TABUU. Cudos.

I still remember when I was like 9 or 10, the first time I ever looked up a guide on RUclips for gaming was on how to avoid Nabuu’s un-dodge-able attack, and that was when I learned that shield existed.
I had played through all of Subspace emissary without using the shield once, up until Nabuu.
Crazy times.
I also EXCLUSIVELY used Sonic after unlocking him lol, drove my brothers insane.

Tabuu was part of the Subspace Emissary only, he was pretty much comparing the 9.0 fortress and master core in Sm4sh to the Intense mode of Tabuu in Brawl.
In short, Tabuu is not in Sm4sh. He's just comparing the two.

Pikachu's probably a good bet for this battle because of his aerial combos. Mario and Pit would also probably be great allies for this battle. Pikachu happens to be my best character. Did a tournament (an actual one, not the in-game one) with Pikachu and got first place. I was so proud.
To avoid tabbies ultimate move, do block and jump at the same time, master it, then you wont even take a scratch from that anymore.
Guys... you DO realize the trophy stand does not ALWAYS work with bosses??? Especially Tabuu, considering his health was pretty high when he got it.
One time I was just playing tabuu boss fight again and Statue Maker drop and I throwed it to tabuu.Tabuu became a trophy and I was Like Yeah! I captured Tabuu! XD

Tabuu is stronger than Galeem and Dharkon combined. If you disagree, let me remind you that Tabuu took out (all but one) of the smash characters with one shock wave from his butterfly attack whereas Galeem needed all the Master Hands to help him wipe out (again, all but one) of the fighters and if he didn't have the power of the master hands, he was be completely helpless I think.
You forgot the fact that the master hands Galeem used were clones of the original created by him, besides Galeem wins against the fighters in one of the bad endings.
Subspace is an actual metaphysical concept that occupies Infinite Dimensions. Even if you do say Galeem has overwhelming power, Tabuu exists in a place of that same level of power by being a living paradox capable of turning people into immovable Trophies while Galeem/Dharkon Spirits can still fight and move around. Tabuu Power is equal while his Hax is arguably superior to Galeem as it takes outside sources to stop him.

Doing no damage would be entirely luck based when he does the teleporting with explosions in his wake, you'd have to be lucky enough not to be right next to it or have a character who can evade with enough speed.

spongebob: here's a theory about tabuu. one day at the smash stadium, tabuu, ancient minister, and his minions took over the world with subspace bombs. and then he enslaved master hand with light chains. but when tabuu makes he's appearance, you can see a red eye that looks like his core. when he does his off wave attack, you can see a symbol looking like master core's off waves. as if they are both are related and how master hand has been hiding him. as i like to call, the master virus. and it might be that spawny removed all his memroies with star dream's control helmet and caused him out of control. and now all of his memories with mario, the rabbids and all of his memories are gone, spawny disappears, and turned into a master core.
