Welcome to the finale! Deep in The Great Maze, Tabuu is waiting for us. Can we defeat the mastermind behind the Subspace Army and save the world?
Notes: Tabuu is impossible to defeat until you learn how to dodge his instant kill attack. So be prepared to retry this battle a lot until you learn how to dodge most of his attacks.
Just a reminder that the electric wave attack did 113% damage

As a kid I was convinced it was an auto kill thing and you couldn’t avoid it
@@isaacstivenyancejimenez7551 Side dodge it. Gotta time it just right. He releases 3 OHKO waves. The first two are easy to dodge. The third you wait one more second before side dodging. No one really uses side dodge for anything anymore.
Truly my favorite campaign in all of the smash games. Dude I remember pre ordering it at gamestop and I had the handbook for the game telling me all the secrets on how to unlock wolf, jigglypuff, and toon link after the campaign is done. Great ass times man
I still consider brawl to be the best smash game because of subspace
@@Amruiz716 I'd have to agree man. I have Smash Ultimate and the campaign did not come close to competing with this one. The only thing Ultimate has going for it is its wide variety of characters
Tabuu needs to be a secret final boss in classic for the next Smash Bros. The reaction videos will have fans crying tears of joy and fear.
Even just visually, this guy makes for a terrific final boss. This digital being that creates weapons and consumes chunks of reality, absorbing them into his own, and it doesn’t even need to speak because you understand it is going to consume everything your world has if it is left alone.

I love that attack
What i hate the most of this boss battle is that you have LIMITED TIME to damage him. It is hard to avoid tho.
Man I remember spending like an hour and a half looking for the final fight /sequence not knowing I had to press up on the fucking background door 😂

If he would have not been there then everyone (including king dedede, Ness, and Luigi) would have all turned into trophies again and Tabuu would have won. So praise sonic.
I mean, Kirby later on becomes to sole survivor of Galeem’s attack at the beginning of Ultimate’s story mode. Soooo... Kirby MIGHT’VE been able to stand up to Tabuu, but under the assumption that Galeem is far more powerful than Tabuu was.
Why the game doesn't give you the final smash Sphere in this bossfight.....tabuu's every attack are literally final smashes
Because many of them aren't designed to work with Final Smashes

I always hated that golden ring attack. Instant kill at 0% and sends you at a nasty angle even if you survive it making it hard to recover

I really like this game, but it still bothers me that Sonic just shows up out of nowhere to help in the end.
Probably because ‘lore wise’ Sonic would be too powerful for the main game, keep in mind even back then when Brawl came out, Sonic was basically fighting gods and higher dimensional beings at the end of every game since Adventure 1 to 06, so fighting Tabuu would just be like a regular adventure to him
Well some fans say chaos sonic from brawl is the best final smash character, he can literally fight tabuu with his own rules

Galeem is very easy to handle actually, just abuse the stage and the edge and you win.

Most people watch him for his soundtracks or his tips for Pikmin, so maybe they didn't looked deeper into his content, a pity.

Is that grabbing move a one shot? I remember surviveing it a few times. I also survied that super attack without sheilding because I didnt know how to sheild at the time.
