In my case AHCI is already setted.So I changed it to other option i.e. ATA (which is only option showing in my laptop, other then AHCI).

first launch startup repair and use system restore (it won't delete your any personal data by the way) then use windows 7 bootable pendrive and use option named "repair your computer" and then restart it... hope it works for you if you have bsod code like:
