Today I had requested for a UC technician to solve this same issue, Rs 550 was charged, it worked but after sometime I got to see the same error , no warranty from UC because no spares was replaced. I tried to follow the same steps but for me the safe mode wasn't opening, so I skiped that step and went to control panel and uninstalled the recent update. Hopefully this will work.

I ve been facing same issue i took my laptop to Nehru place ..without any troubleahooting the guy changed my hard drive to WD ..however whn i reached home it gave me exact same error again hence i learn the harddrive was not currupt ..i went back and he again changed my wd (new hd) to another brand ..said it should work if doesn't ..we will have to change the motherboard 😕 however i have the exact same error again ..this time i will try the steps youve given ..keeping my fingers crossed 🤞
