Thank you so much for these guides. I never studied English lit and entered in the exam after dropping Geography due to illness without having looked up the syllabus. I've always wondered why Juliet did not elope with Romeo the night he was banished. One might think it was to avoid scandal but Juliet has made clear in the balcony scene that she doesn't care about their families' name and reputation. Also, she was no coward, since she was ready to spend a night in a grave and to die a death much more violent than that of her lover/husband. Could anyone share their thoughts on this, please? Or is it a stupid question?? (It probably is...lol)
