Having more meaningful toys (i.e. magnatiles, play food, puzzles) and doing toy rotations, to have half the toys away at all times, and then bringing them out has been the best for our family. It also allows my little one to put her toys away on her own as well because it is less overwhelming.

Absolutely, it helps so much. Thank you for watching! 💛

    One kiddo, two years old.
We have a preference for open ended, creative and movement toys.
All in a one bedroom flat.
I think its about 30 different types and I switch them up weekly or daily or monthly depending on the season/holiday/day we are in.

I found those types of toys work best for us too. 💛 Thank you for watching!

this is something I struggle with too.
Yes I’m a millennial and my kids do get overwhelmed.
We have boxed up some toys and put in the attic because we don’t wanna upset them throwing them away.
They never ask for them 🤣

Hi Kelly! I did that too in the beginning, box toys away for a while to see if they ask for them. After a few months, I felt it was safe to let them go. 💛

Such amazing advice! I'm going to try it when my little boy gets older. I find the hardest thing for me is dealing with a lot of toys given by family members as presents. Love your videos, little Sophie is growing so fast!❤

I was just saying that, Mama . About the toys being way cheaper. I'm a minimalist mommy of 3 kiddos.

It's crazy how much cheaper they are now. Thank you for watching! 💛

What if the toy / jumper from the wish list does not exist in the shop any more? Isn"t it upsetting for you or the child?

Even if it runs out of stock in the shop, you can generally find it again or something very similar. Unless it’s a very unique item, we can find pretty much anything online, or even buy preloved from Vinted or eBay. I used to feel like I would be missing out on a great product, but that’s generally what marketing is supposed to make us feel. Thank you for watching, Alina 🤗

@madelinevlogs great point - including the marketing from lovevery 😉

It’s a little strange to be encouraging minimalism while also promoting a product that sends (expensive) new toys every 2-3 months. I have lovevery toys too, so I’m not hating, but I also don’t claim to be minimalist.

Minimalism doesn't mean you will never again buy toys for your children. That's absurd. In fact, it means the toys that you will buy, you will want to be high quality and specific for their development. Which is exactly what lovevery is. Their boxes are highly curated for specific stages of development and once those stages are over or the child no longer shows interest, you will declutter those toys and move on to the next.

To me, minimalism is keeping the things that bring value to my life and I enjoy. Lovevery is definitely one of those things and my kids have been playing loads with the toys. They're also good quality toys that will last and can be passed on to friends or someone else who will enjoy them after. And I absolutely declutter some of the older toys once we get a new box. Kind of one-in-one-out. Thank you for watching 😊

do you have the option to send the toys back to the company or buy the 2nd hand option from their website? I feel like that would help their company. @@madelinehegedus

My sister used to order the love every toys and n endless to say it just created more clutter and overwhelm for her lol that’s why I never ordered it. I would be so overwhelmed receiving a new toy every month, I don’t even have space for it lol

Why are you suddenly focusing on millennial moms. Doesn’t feel inclusive 😢

Hi Nicole! I'm simply sharing my own experience, as a millennial mom myself. But all these tips obviously apply to any parent or carer who feels overwhelmed by clutter (regardless of age) 🤗
