For some reason which i can't identify i love watching your videos. I love the way you are serious about what you do but at the same time know what you're doing really well. You make sure you cover all details but also have a way of talking that is very satisfying to hear combined with calm movements and mannerisms. Really helps me to relax sometimes by just watching your vids. Keep up the good work!

I, for one, love Kylo. I’d love to see more of his story. I wouldn’t be mad if they made a stand-alone film showing his childhood up to his turning.
He could have been great, but JJ turned him into and emotional crybaby. It's like they took the worst park of Anakin and made a whole character out of him.

So because of my constant bemoaning on your videos about my eventual Savi experience, might as well give an update since I did it yesterday:
Reservation was no problem, experience was phenominal, went with blue protection and defense, later bought sith holocron with red crystal. Wanted to thank you again for all the videos and discussion that helped prepare me for something that I as a Star Wars fan will remember for years to come.

That's dangerous for the user. The crossguard can end up hurting them while they spin their lightsaber
Technically they do exist in the SW universe. Through concept arts and actual characters in the lore, there are known and unknown individuals with Sith sabers that extend completely out like a whole ass new weapon. It’s like a mix of polearms, spears, and even double bladed spears that strut out
Imagine if they made special kyber crystals that were broken so when you used them with the Savi’s lightsaber it made a crackling sound rather than the normal ones.
I wish that you could give cross-guards to the custom lightsabers from Savi’s workshop

brm0220 cross guards are the side things on kylo rens blade and the “activation” is them putting ur blade into a tube and it putting the blade on but cross guards would need to be put on separately

Just started watching your videos and I have to say I am enjoying them. I also found myself a fitness game to get myself back in shape after lockdown, Do 5 burpees every time James says "Gonna go ahead". Keep up the great work.

How’d it go
First,Klyo Ren is my favorite character.Hes so underrated.I had the black series Klyo Ren saber but it broke over my forearm demonstrating its effects to a friend.The crossguard saber is unique and thats what makes it awesome.Would love to see a jedi fallen order legacy saber assuming they have one based off the new game coming out.Great video.keep up the fantastic work!
The new games based off of galaxies edge but id love an eno cordova cere junda and jaro tarpal blades and maybe even the final completed blade that kal has that becomes his officially
This and a Savi's saber are my must have items when I go in a couple years.

Kylo Ren’s belt clip assembly is really cool, ever since the film came out, I wondered how he connected that long clip on the hilt to his belt.

GAMINGINSTYAL I agree, but at the very least, I think it’s appropriate to just call it the Skywalker Lightsaber at this point. It’s been passed around more than enough, and it’s iconic due to the name and actions of the Skywalkers.

I just got one today and my main blade flashes on and off sometimes with that clicking noise when u initially put it in and sometimes flashes blue or turns off. Idk if it’s the blade or the hilt if someone could please help I’m going to talk to Disney to see if they will do anything

Hi hope you reply. My one just came and these plugs fell out of the side things but I’m wondering if the main hole at the top has a plug in it. It looks like it does but I can’t take it out. Still waiting for the main blade to come
I saw the original movie in the theaters with my dad back in the 70s...if that saber had been in the original trilogy ,i doubt that any kid on my block would have given two hoots on becoming a jedi! The bad guys always have the cooler stuff!
@SirJames I Gamerfuzion I couldn't see it addressed in the video or comments, but what's the length of the blade you use here - 36"? The dimensions of the crossguard on this hilt have a stronger influence in your choice, in that they could make a shorter blade look stumpy.
I got the lightsaber today and looked this up and holy moly this helped me.
I'm not sure if you have one but I currently have(and love) a black series Kylo saber(the one with non removable blades) and I was wondering if you thought it was worth it to sell my current one and pick one of these up while I was at Disney on my next trip. I like the idea of removable blades but idk if it'll be worth it to do all that
Do you know if the ben solo legacy saber comes with the same belt clip?
I wonder if the cross guard hilt is coming to Savi's at some point as a saber to build as that would be cool to do.I will keep watching to see what happens next is Orlando in the future or is it too far away?

Just got my kylo lightsaber from the trading post at DS yesterday as a birthday gift from the wife 😆 now I'm looking at getting the blade covers to complete the look
I bought the Kylo ren "second version" that it comes in a big box with the blade and some accessories included. Would like to know if the hilts are different from the old and new model? Seeing your video it looks almost the same.

I wish the side beams where the ones from the force fx so they have a detailed cracking energy vibe as with the longer blade being a cracking energy detailed blade but i can live without as i love the energy crossguard

Fire Bender All of the other characters are very annoying and bland. Kylo ren is very interesting because of his heritage on the light and dark side and watching him throughout the movies is the only reason i want to watch the sequels

Actually a shame he isn’t a popular character. I actually really like him. He looks evil af (with the mask/helmet) and the lightsaber is cool af. Feel like they made a massive mistake in removing his helmet so early on in the trilogy. Still would like to see a Star Wars story depict of how Ben became Kylo though

I'm a bit ambivalent on the design of this lightsaber. On one hand, I feel like the side vents would make it rather cumbersome to use (seemingly not an issue for Kylo Ren). On the other hand, I really like the idea of a lightsaber that is kinda... busted due to its kyber crystal and its kitbashed design.
