Always enjoy your videos. You have mentioned several times that you used to weigh more than you do now. Would you be willing to share how you lost the weight?
Thank you! I don’t really talk about how I lost weight because I didn’t really lose it in a healthy way. First, I had very bad anxiety and wasn’t eating and lost about 10 pounds. A few months later I got Covid and was very sick and lost weight. Altogether I’ve lost about 35 pounds. Then once I lost it, I was determined to keep it off. I started inner minute fasting, which has helped me so much to maintain my weight.

Hi Jennifer! Thank you so much! I lost weight when I got sick (Covid) & a few other contributors…but I’ve kept it off with intermittent fasting (only eat between noon and-8pm)
