staying universal 5-9 sep 2025 and disney 9-15 sep 2025. would i really need express pass at universal? or could i leave that out?

Should be fine, but it depends how many times you want to do the same ride.
It'll be reasonably quiet but if your budget stretches to a premier hotel then might as well
Also depends on if you're using a time saver plan or not too
