#C3-1312 stands for missing imaging unit. Try reinstall of the unit, in case of no success try replacing it with a new one. Good luck!

Hello, friend! This error means Imaging Unit Failure.
1. Open the front cover. Check if the imaging unit is installed. 2. Remove and reinstall the imaging unit. 3. If the error persists, check if the Imaging Unit connector is contaminated or deformed. 4. If the connector is damaged, replace the Imaging Unit 5. If the error persists, replace the Imaging Unit.
