I did this today. The printer is great again. Working fine.

Would this cause fuzzy prints? Tried swapping drum already with my crisp printing 8710 printer. Still very fuzzy.

Really useful video! I had seen another video where I came to know what the problem was but I was struggling to get that pickup roller thing out using my finger nails. Your video gave me the idea to use two screwdrivers to get a good grip to pull it. Another thing: you don't necessarily need to replace that whole thing. Just clean the rubber with soap water and roll the rubber onto itself to change the relative position so that the unused rubber surface is now facing the paper. And that's it!!! Again a lot of thanks for this useful video!

Just wanted to say this video definitely got me started - thank you for the detailed step-by-step! You missed a crucial part of fixing the error, by resetting the solenoid gear (or whatever it is called). I did find another video that took care of that step, and it also had a couple of shortcuts to getting to the switch and the gears. Thanks again!

Great Job. The problem is: there is a sponge attached to upper part A, which was to prevent the bottom part B to hit Part A too hard, Actually it's not a necessary. But after many years of use, the glue that attach the sponge to part A getting to the surface of sponge, and the surface is facing bottom part B. so the Part B and A has sticky. Insert a clear tape into the upper part A, to cover the sticky sponge. The problem solved. Many Many thanks!

DO NOT use the vacuum cleaner on the toner: its particles are so small that they cannot be held by any vacuum cleaner filter and probably even the cyclone type has a low efficiency so you end up using the vacuum cleaner as a blower, contaminating the air you breath and the cleaner itself

When you have time, will you consider replacing the motor on the HP P2015? I tried to get to the printer motor, I struggled with the gear and the lever that reaches the door through which the toner cartridge is changed (7553x)...at start-up , it has a noise in the gear area like a sound of metal on metal or metal on plastic...the printer lists the test page, but with those metallic noises...I didn't see any foreign body stuck between the gears or between the wheels and the metal part...on the motor shaft there is a threaded rod that is not dull or worn...thanks for a possible answer...
