i kinda have a dream house like this. i want a front lawn, a pool and a view of the sea. it's such a beautiful bonus that for this one the views are both at the front and back given that it is located in a peninsula. it's unfortunate that it's rainy but i think that leaves us and our imagination to picture the whole scenery during a sunny day, and i have no doubt that it's a wonderful sight. thank you julia and presello team!

This is a great house, nice floor plans, nice modern house design, great use of the geography of the land and awesome view !! for the price, i think its a reasonable amount with what ur getting with the location. however, I'm particularly in favor of covered carports or garages but to each his own, great house none the less.
I hope the bedrooms upstairs (except Master) are the same sizes. If you have children it would be better to atleast have almost the same size room, cos for this, the other one is definitely way bigger than the other one.
Thank goodness they used high-end windows and sliding doors. Some houses selling for above 20 mil in Manila uses analok. That so not justify the price. My only gripe about this house is the bath fixtures. At this price range and community, I would've expected Kohler or other top-tier brands.
OMG!!!! Hollywood celebs will drop ridiculous amount of money for that view!!! They might demolish the current house and build twice the size in his replace.
I don't understand why you need a big pool table in your mane living area it OK if your a Bachelor but when you are selling your home it turns buyers off
