    This recipe makes 12 - 15 pcs
    Full recipe listed as below :
    Pandan layer :
    Pandan leaves - 5-6 pcs
    Water - 150 ml
    Alkaline Water - 1/2 tsp
    Rice Flour - 50 g
    Tapioca Starch - 35 g
    Mung Bean / Ang Kwe Flour - 20 g
    Water - 200 ml
    Caster Sugar - 100 g
    Salt - 1/4 tsp
    Coconut layer :
    Thick Coconut Milk - 200 ml
    Salt - 1/2 tsp
    Rice Flour - 35 g
    Mung Bean / Ang Kwe Flour - 15 g
    Hot Water - 70 ml
    绿白双层香兰糕:
    此食谱可制作 12-15 块
    完整食谱如下:
    香兰层:
    香兰叶- 5-6个
    水 - 150 毫升
    碱性水-1/2茶匙
    粘米粉 - 50 克
    木薯粉 - 35 克
    绿豆/ Ang Kwe 粉 - 20 克
    水 - 200 毫升
    细砂糖 - 100克
    盐 - 1/4茶匙
    椰浆层:
    椰奶 - 200 毫升
    盐 - 1/2 茶匙
    粘米粉 - 35 克
    绿豆/ Ang Kwe 粉 - 15 克
    热水 - 70 毫升

    Thank you for sharing the recipe. It turned out real good. I reduced sugar to 90gm..sweetness is just nice for me. And replaced mung bean flour with corn flour.

    Can i skip the alkaline water?

      Hi👋 alkaline water is used in kuih for more softer texture. But If you can't find any, it's alright to skip it. 😊
